Welcome to 1201 Shipmaster! Located in the beautiful gated community of Shipyard Plantation on the south end of the island, with tennis, pickleball, golf, and of course the beach. Enjoy the shared pool for the complex as well. Under 1 mile to the famous Coligny area - this location is close to all of the action! 1 pet under 20lbs allowed. Pet's MUST be included in reservation at booking. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Violation of this policy will incur a $250 fee on top of pet fee.

Luggage carts are located by the pool and elevator to easily transport all your luggage to the condo. Fast upgraded wifi for streaming and work needs. No pets allowed. Preapproval required for service animals.
