The neighborhood is amazing, right in the heart of old Gyumri. The apartment is freshly renovated, has everything tourists would need. Its bedroom area is subtly isolated from the main area through shelves that add coziness to the place. The bed is queen size, with a super comfortable new mattress, the sofa bed can comfortably accommodate one adult or two kids. We will make sure you enjoy your stay and will give you tips on places to visit.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. In the center of Gyumri city, next to Vardanants Square, next to Alexandrapol Hotel. A very warm and bright apartment just renovated and all amenities (large refrigerator, washing machine, electric stove, comfortable bathroom). You can visit with your family or alone. All major shopping centers and the central market are very close.

The daily guest house is located in the city center next to Russtaveli street and Surb Nshan Church...Our modern apartment is located in the historic old town of Gyumri. It is 5 minutes walk from the central square and other attractions. The apartment has a high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi) and everything you need to fill up.
