Adorable, recently remodeled home only 3 blocks from Churchill Downs and only minutes from the University of Louisville and Cardinal Stadium, Kentucky Expo Center, Kentucky Kingdom and 3 miles from Downtown. It's also just an Uber away from the Bourbon distilleries! Our home has 2 comfortable Bedrooms with new mattresses, that sleeps 4. Our couch is comfortable enough to sleep a 5th guest. Private Parking in Driveway. 50% of our home's electric is sourced from eco-friendly, renewable energy .

We are located in South Louisville and pretty much centrally located to everything in the City of Louisville. We are 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Churchill Downs, 15 minutes from downtown attractions, close to interstate access and 1 mile from a park. Also, our guests are welcome to relax by our koi ponds and to see my husband’s fish aquariums in his Fish House by just walking through gate at the guest house. We pride ourselves on Southern Hospitality!
