Blue Wren is a beautiful home in stunning and peaceful surroundings. Our group of 9 ladies had a fabulous weekend. The house is beyond spacious with plenty of room both inside and out for everyone to relax, either all together or in solitude! It was a cold weekend and we mostly managed to keep warm with the fire going however the house is extremely large and so it was quite chilly away from the living areas. Beds were extremely comfy with quality linen which is a must. It can be difficult to find a quality property that can accommodate a large number of people comfortably however this was perfect! Would love to come back in the Autumn and make use of the pool and beautiful outdoor space.

Beautiful place with great nearby walking trails. Very comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen and games cupboard. Nearby Millbrook Winery was lovely. I’d like to revisit in summer and use the pool!

Very spacious house. 2nd floor very big and has an ensuite bathroom, jacuzzi and walkin closet for coats. The kitchen is well equipped and lots of dishwashing tablets, cleaners for stove. The dryer and washer are in good condition. We found them useful and were able to rewear our clothes after washing. detergent and softener were also provided. fridge was big. bedrooms comfortable and cosy...Will recommend this house to friends should they wish to visit Perth..

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

We loved Linda's place. We stayed for a week while our home underwent some renovations. We walked to the grocery store, the bus and river. It was super easy to get around, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. Definitely recommended.

Had a very happy stay in Mandurah, was lucky enough that some swans made its way to the property!

Our favourite Airbnb in Perth! The house was even more stunning than the photos—it truly doesn't do it justice. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with kitchen appliances. The bathroom was clean and impressively large. The kids had a blast playing with the giant chess set out front, and we appreciated being able to park two cars in the front porch area. A supermarket is just a 3-minute drive away, with a lovely coffee café next to it—our go-to stop every morning before heading out. One thing to note: the washer and dryer are located in one of the bedrooms. If you're travelling with friends or extended family, this might be a bit inconvenient, especially at night, as you'll need access to someone else's room to do laundry. Still, this house was a highlight of our trip—comfortable, convenient, and absolutely beautiful. We'd love to return!

It is a dream to stay in such a big and nice house. We felt right at home. We took longer to find the house because we arrived when the sky was completely dark. It’s a 2 min drive from the house to Fremantle Market. There is a nice dog cafe called Amante & Co Coffee that is 3 min on foot. The dishwasher made it very easy for us to clean up after cooking. Justine & Lan were also quick to respond to our messages and requests. We would want to stay here again when we come to Perth with our extended family!

I booked this bnb for a get away with a few of my friends and let me tell you, it was one of my top 10 best experiences in life. I had SUCH a great time, every window had a spectacular view, we woke up to the sight of the beach and the backyard is just insane. The house itself oh myyy it’s literally my dream house. The house is so ‘good looking’ that me and my friends even calculated the price of the house and how much an offer to buy it would be, we were seriously planning our future of living together in a house like this. I’m definitely coming back I wish I could be back every weekend honestly. Yasmine was also so incredibly kind to me and it warmed my heart every time she messaged. I will be back.

Our group of 7 spent 5 nights in Tania's place which was a stone throw away from the gorgeous Cottesloe Beach. Clear instructions were provided for the check in process and there was a detailed manual outlining all aspects of the house. Clean, quiet, safe, comfortable and well equipped for a family vacation! I will highly recommend this great place to anyone who is holiday home with a fantastic view of the Indian Ocean!

We were very happy with our choice of Suzie’s house. In particular, the balcony/roof terrace with its view of the ocean and the 3 min walk to the beach.

The house is phenomenally well-appointed, so we immediately felt very at home, and realistically could’ve arrived empty-handed (there’s games for the kids, a cabana and kayak for the beach, wireless phone chargers on all the bedsides, and the kitchen is even stocked with everything you need to blend, bake, and barbecue). The beach is also only a short stroll away, which meant we could easily nip down several times a day without any fuss — even with a pram, toddler, and pooch in tow. For anyone travelling with small dogs, the garden is completely enclosed by solid walls, which is a big bonus, as there’s no way for them to escape (plus the rear deck gets warm sun all day too, which our little sausage basically napped on for 3 days straight!). It’s a bit cliche to say, but we’ll genuinely come back to stay again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

We had 19 nights at this beautiful home, it was well equipped, clean, modern and all in all just what we wanted. craig was well responsive on communication running up to our visit and threw out our stay. We had a little issue on the first night with one of the bedrooms door and craig was there within minutes. When we return back to Australia we will definitely be booking this accommodation again.

We had such a relaxing stay. It was a beautiful, peaceful spot but still so close to the town centre. It allowed us to have the perfect balance of lounging around the house and getting out and about. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your amazing house. We will be back!

We absolutely had a great time staying in this beautiful home. 3 nights was not enough and we wished we had stayed longer! The place was spotless and clean. Surrounded by beautiful scenery everywhere we looked. Amenities well provided. The kids really enjoyed the entertainment room! Big sized Tv and sofas for everyone! And they loved feeding the cute little ducks that come by often. Overall, this place is such a dream, will definitely be back if we visit Perth again!

We stayed here with our kids and they absolutely loved it! The granny flat was a big hit, and they had so much fun feeding the cats. It’s a beautiful home, full of character, and the space is so cleverly used.

This Airbnb was perfect for us… our family lives around the corner. It was well equipped & Jason had thoughtfully left us some fruit, teabags, coffee pods & milk. The bedrooms were large & beds comfy. Some shops & small mall was walkable distance. The house had great space & Netflix on the large tv. There were gaming consoles too. They had a washing machine & dryer. There was a bbq but we didn’t use. Nice garden furniture too. Bathrooms were lovely & nice hot water. We’d definitely recommend staying here. You’d need a car (if you don’t have local family to drive you) as not sure what public transport is like.

Maggie was a fantastic host, she kindly blocked out the calendar so we had the option to extend our stay. This was extremely appreciated as we were dealing with renovations at home due to a flood with an unknown end date. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a great stay, truely felt like home to us. Very pet friendly and our Staffy enjoyed the big backyard with secure fences. Overall very happy with our stay and highly recommend Maggie and this house to future guests.

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautifully decorated, clean, modern house in a nice neighbourhood. Kitchen was well stocked and the house had books/entertainment for children. Would definitely return and stay longer next time.

We had a great stay at Ben’s place. A very family friendly home and was really nice to bring our dogs with us- a huge backyard enclosed for the pups too!

We had a lovely stay at Bron’s place! The place was spotless when we entered. Kitchen was fully equipped (really had everything we needed), and everything we saw in the photos and amenities mentioned in the listing was accurate! Nice garden and backyard area to sit in. We didnt drive but the place was close to Swanbourne & Claremont Station for the public train/ we’d uber with ease. Would love to stay at Bron’s place again if i’m back in Perth :)
