Terrace Studio, a short stroll to town and beach.

The studio, 300m from town and the beach, is attached to the main house but is completely private with your own entrance and courtyard. The Studio has 1 queen bedroom, 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 kitchenette and 1 lounge room/consulting space. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI and TV. The private courtyard, with its own outdoor setting is perfect to store bikes and surfboards. There is shady off street parking and the front door key is accessed from a lock box at the studio entrance.

Old Dunsborough Studio

Enjoy a relaxing break in Dunsborough in this gorgeous, one bedroom self-contained studio. With it's own separate entry and outdoor area the studio is a private space from the main dwelling. It is a 5 minute walk to the pristine Old Dunsborough Beach. A 10 minute walk will get you to the centre of Dunsborough town to access the wide array of cafe's, restaurants and boutiques. If mountain biking is your thing - you are just a 5minute ride to the exciting Meelup Hills mountain bike tracks.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Boanning Bayside

Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. Private studio accommodation, a 3 minute walk to the beach, bike track & Busselton Jetty precinct ( bikes available). Please note that due to some small renovations going on to the main house there maybe builders in the back yard from time to time during your stay. This shouldn't impact your stay as the studio is seperate to the house and the builders are very mindful of guests and will not start any works until 7.30 am in the morning.

Cowaramup Gums

A home among the gum trees Enjoy this peaceful stay with cozy wood fire for winter and generous deck for summer. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.
