Part of our barn conversion, this comfortable two bedroom home and garden is located in a peaceful and very rural setting, ideal for rest, relaxation and a great starting point for walks. Close to Attleborough and Wymondham for supplies, and only 20 minutes drive from the ancient city of Norwich, we're ideally placed for visitors to Snetterton as well as those attending concerts in Thetford Forest. Norfolk is known for its big skies and you won't be disappointed; a star-gazer's paradise!

Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. We offer accommodation for up 2 people consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, kitchenette, and lounge with double sofa bed for additional guests . Welcome to our beautiful oak framed annex in the garden of our cottage, looking over fields at the front and onto the garden at the rear. It is a large, comfortable , light filled space with quality furnishings and original art throughout. I am an artist and have a studio in the garden that you are welcome to visit. There is a large garden with pleached trees and cottage garden style planting . We are tucked away down a quiet no-through road in the heart of the village.

Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.
