Район дуже тихий, квартира затишна, недалеко станція метро, дуже зручно добиратися до будь-якої точки Києва. Однозначно рекомендую

чудове місце. рекомендую. в квартирі є абсолютно все що тільки може знадобитися під час проживання (від кухонного приладдя до невеличкої зарядної станції яка до речі була дуже доречною при відключеннях). хостиня Ліза привітна, проактивна й швидко відповідає на повідомлення.

Great place to stay and Andriana was awesome.

This was my second time staying at Dima's and it was even better than the first :) The location is perfect (central, 5 minute walk to all the best highlights of Kyiv, plenty of cafes, coffee shops and groceries around) and the apartment is beautiful, with everything you need - but the real gem is Dima. He will go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Before check-in, he picked up my luggage, stored it, and delivered it to the apartment while I was out. Treated me to coffee and dessert, had the apartment cleaned during my 3-week stay, and had fresh flowers and wine as a welcome back gift! He truly cares so much about his guests and you can see that his dream is to open a small hotel and make people's stay in Kyiv as warm and welcoming as possible. You can also text him any time for anything! About the apartment: - Large, bright, clean bathroom with unlimited hot water - Large, comfortable bed - The hallway is perfect to shelter in during air raids ;) 10/10!

Elena is an amazing host. She was always available and communication was excellent. The apartment itself is fantastic in a great location in a beautiful city. I highly recommend Elena as a great host and this apartment for a short on long stay in Kyiv.

This is a very good place to stay for people who don't have much luggage. I helped my friend book it for two days and liked it.

Good and peaceful place. Parking and all the facilities are available. Some of the things should be fixed, such as entrance door, fridge door. Overall, great place for a big company

Чудове місце для відпочинку і життя! Ми прожили тут більше місяця і не відчували жодного дискомфорту: вдома є все що потрібно для життя, приготування їжі і відпочинку. Територія дуже зелена і велика: садові і листові дерева, берези, сосна створюють відчуття наче ти посеред лісу, але при цьому ти на затишній деревʼяній веранді в затінку з напоєм на лежаках. Щоб зручно дістатися міста краще мати своє авто. Доїзд до найбільшого молу в Києві-по шосе без світлофорів і заторів. В сусідньому Вишгороді за 5 хв їзди є все що потрібно- манікюр, барбершоп, Сільпо, заправки, аптеки. Приємні і гнучкі господарі, швидко реагують на запити. Хотілось би повернутися!

Sadly, I didn't get the chance to stay on this occasion, but I know that Lena is a fantastic host and her apartment would be the perfect place to stay one day. I wish her all the best with her future plans.

Excellent host. Have been renting it monthly for 2 months now. Very nice flat in the heart of Kiev with a lot it security and safety.

We did not actually go to this apartment as there is something of a crisis in Ukraine. We would like to visit one day.

My experience at Elena’s apartment was great! It was a pleasure to stay in one of my favourite areas of Kyiv! My start of the busy days and the end felt even better at this apartment! Peaceful, good touch in the interior design, nice finish of the furniture, felt like home.
