Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, directly by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Within walking distance of the city center, in Stuttgart's Lehenviertel, this small room (14 m²), furnished according to the British model, is located in a guest house with a total of 6 rooms. It offers a high-quality double box-spring bed, wardrobe, table and chair, hospitality tray, large flat-screen TV and of course high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a modern, private small bathroom. Not far from the property there is a bakery, two cafes, an organic shop and several good restaurants and nice little shops.

Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Hi guys, I'm renting out my 1-room apartment on the 4th floor with balcony and elevator in Stuttgart Mitte. The apartment has a new 1.60 m wide bed and a new small kitchen as well as a separate daylight bathroom. The location is central and yet quiet. Smoking allowed on balcony. Since it is a normal residential building, quiet hours must be observed according to the house rules. No parties! Washing machine not available but closest laundromat close by. See you soon:-)
