Great value for money condo, had everything we needed for a short stay

Very nice house, convenient to go anywhere.There are many spa shops nearby.The housekeeper responded promptly and was enthusiastic and proactive.Everything you need for daily life is available, and the cleaning lady is very timely.

First time Airbnb for our group of 6 adults and one kid for Chiang Mai trip.. We stay during Songkran festival. The place is amazing, near the main festival Tha Phae gate and surrounding with cafés and restaurants, clean place. Each room got their own bathroom and important point for us is Khun Nuii is always quick and well response. We can confirm that we made a good decision to stay on this place and for sure we will come back again.

Very nice property with all the amenities you could ask for. 7-11, KFC and more directly across the street. More restaurants,nightlife and more close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

This must be one of the best units in The One condo. It's on the 7th floor with a pool view. You face the mountain and the view is spectacular. The common areas are great. There's a proper gym, large swimming pools, pilates room, pool and ping pong tables and even a music room with drums and a piano. The room was clean and it has everything you need.

Good environment, suitable for one or friends traveling together, big lawn in front, river behind the house, you can take a walk🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️

The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels as warm as home. Fully equipped. There is a small kitchen. Everything is available. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door doesn't close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few quirks. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

It was my first time using Airbnb, and my one-month stay at Dcondo Ping was a truly pleasant experience. Everything met my expectations. The condo facilities — including the gym, swimming pool, and library — were excellent and easy to access. I especially appreciated the high level of security and the overall maintenance of the property, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The location was also ideal — just a short walk to Central Festival, Chiang Mai’s largest and most vibrant shopping mall. I enjoyed spending time there and found it convenient for both shopping and entertainment. Communication with the host was always smooth, and I truly appreciated their thoughtful attention to detail and care throughout my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

The accommodation is big and nice ~ Please note that there are some ants coming out.. When using the pool, it is necessary to call staff, and there is an additional cost for the gym ~ Other than that, the bed is fluffy and nice.

Chen Ni is one of the best host that I ever came across recently. She was extremely responsive, friendly, informative and went an extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. The unit is extremely clean located close to the most happening place in Chiang Mai and I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely consider for my future trips to Chiang Mai. Pai is a charming apartment with a cozy room, but it is quite small. For 2 nights is good. The main highlight is the pool, as the view from the room itself isn’t particularly special. It would be helpful to have a few more basic appliances like a toaster and a coffee maker to prepare breakfast, as the kitchen currently has only a few utensils and pans. Also, be aware that the building is undergoing renovations, so the surrounding area is under construction during the day. The parking lot was good if you rented a car. Besides, all was quiet to sleep the 2 nights and check the area.
