We spent 7 wonderful nights at Tomasz's place – together with our dog – and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is very nice and cozy, there was really everything you need. The elevator to the 4th floor as well as the parking space in the underground parking lot was particularly convenient – this made a lot easier. The location is great: Directly via the parking lot you can reach a Netto with bakery and butcher. You can walk comfortably to the west beach in about 15 minutes, and the marina is also right around the corner. Tomasz was always available, very friendly and answered all questions quickly and competently. We highly recommend the property and would love to come back!

We spent a week in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and the beach was about 10 minutes' walk away. The check-in was also super easy and everything worked wonderfully. We recommend it 100%!

We were fascinated by the accommodation. Everything was long and beautifully furnished. The check in was problem-free, that the apartment was the underground garage for the car, simply a dream and immediately felt like home and did not want to leave again.

I highly recommend it. The apartment was as described and still positively surprised us. A clean space with all the amenities you need. A public parking space on the property does the job. A pool, a tennis court, a playground, a basketball court, and a quiet neighborhood. Close to the sea and downtown. We'll be sure to go back.

Cozy Apartment for your stay!

The stay was in a nice atmosphere, in peace and quiet. Just a short walk to eat, shop, and enjoy the beach and the sea. I sincerely greet the owners and recommend staying in this place.

Great place to relax!The apartment is located on the beach, right at the entrance no. 2. A big advantage is guaranteed in the price, a parking space in the underground garage, it will certainly be priceless in the highest season. The apartment is as described and photographed, perfectly prepared, scented. Fully equipped kitchen. Very warm decor, you can feel at home. Large balcony. It is worth noting that there is another stage of the investment nearby - construction. However, apartment 105 is in the furthest part of the building, during the stay the sounds coming from the construction site were little burdensome. A big plus for the possibility of staying with a four-legged pet. I recommend

A place worth the price, great location, sea view, close to gastronomic points, two steps to the beach one stairs one of the gentler hills for families with small children and more. Highly recommend

Very clean and everything newly furnished. Bedroom very narrow, barely getting to the other side of the bed. Shower drain stinks. A nice apartment for 2-3 people in total. Unfortunately, construction work on the property was not informed until after booking. Garbage space is much too small and trashy.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is beautifully and modernly decorated, and the cleanliness was top notch – the linens smelled fresh, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were greeted by a small gift of champagne and sweetness, which was a lovely gesture. Great apartment for a long weekend getaway, very quiet neighborhood, we used the gym and it was quite ample, check-in worked with a mix of English Polish translations. You'll easily find parking space. The beach is calm, natural and still not crowded. In essence, loved it there!

Simply gorgeous! Very good and good quality equipment. Top location, everything can be reached on foot in a short time. Gastromeile with many restaurants, bars and play facilities (for adults and a lot for children) and the beautiful and clean beach minutes away. Extensive and good quality equipment. You immediately feel very well taken care of. The car can also be parked very easily and safely in the large underground parking. Sun&Snow even contacts proactively and helps with all kinds of questions. I was surprised and delighted with the support and could not have imagined it better. I couldn't fault one point because everything exceeded my expectations. We felt very comfortable with Zygmunt. It was a nice atmosphere. The house was very cozy, especially we liked the garden complex very much. Children were happy that there were a lot of play options. We would like to recommend it also for families with adult children

Our stay was very nice. The apartment is well equipped, sparkling clean and well located. The beach is not far away and for the afternoon there is the pool area. My two daughters and I had a great time! By the sea - what more could you want:-) Dariusz is a great host: One of my daughters took one of the spa/gym cards by mistake - Dariusz was totally relaxed and said: just send us the card by mail and everything is good! That's what I call a top host!!!!

We had an absolutely great time in this apartment! The complex is just great, with a large pool, slides and sauna. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need. The contact with Ewa was very nice and friendly - we were even allowed to stay longer, which we appreciate very much. The location is ideal as it is close to the sea. We can only recommend this place and would like to thank Ewa for the great hospitality.

Very nice accommodation with swimming pool access, playroom for the little ones, good playground and delicious restaurant. The location is very close to the beach. Very close to the city center of Kołobrzeg. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. I'd love to come back.
