Once again Welcome to Luxury Tower No1 the best Luxury apartmant in Split ! - WiFi pass is BCBEBBDFBD (for F92A84) - For hot water right switch (on bathroom) must be always ON - Jacuzzi has automatic On/Off button ( when you raise/lower the temperature). If you wanna turn OFF the jets press Jets and lower the temperature at least for 3 degrees ,then will automaticly off. - Manual instruction for washing machine (in lobby),jacuzzi and ice machine on terrace are below TV in master badroom. - Coffe machine and capsules are free! - all what you see (drink,coffe,water,wine,fruit,cookies..) is complementary (free) - for every TV (three TV in apartmant ) you have two remote controler for switch off/on or changing the chanels - when you leave Luxury Towers No1 you must lock the door with the key (not just turn off the door) - you have ICE machine in apartmants lobby free for use - please do not put in jacuzzi any liquid, things or similar. Specially if you will bath on sandy beach please change the swimsuit before using the jacuzzi then. Otherwise the jacuzzi system will be blocked and broke. Also please be carefull with filters in jacuzzi dont stand on him cause will be broke. Thanks - leave the trash in bag in apartmants lobby ,the cleaning lady will take care for that - when you leave apartmant just lock (except main door) the terrace door with the key -when you leave apartmant please be careful and closed the windows and shelters cause during summer storm and rain can fall down on street . - do not turn On the floor heating (except during winter use) - you have HI-FI where you can put music from your Cellphone ond Computer by bluetooth - dont lock the lobby door from inside please - cause other guests can’t enter then. - be careful and dont put anything on the terrace fence wall what can fall down on the street during time when you are not in apartmant (cause of strong wind etc) Enjoy and do not hesitate to ask me anything! Watch Boats from the Terrace of a Rustic Penthouse

Watch the boats drift by from the balcony at a restored family home, tucked away in a quiet alley. Stroll to the marina for a romantic meal, or cozy up in the rustic space with its exposed beams and cool stone walls. Our old, fully restored family house is located on island Ciovo, within the centre of old town, five minutes walk from the Cathedral and the buzzing small island of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage cultural-historical site. You will enter the secluded large garden through small cobbled streets, so typical of this area. The spacious house spreads across five floors, hosting four large apartments belonging to our wider family. The outside staircase takes you to the entrance door, leading to the spacious penthouse apartment occupying the top two floors and a balcony with a beautiful view across the Trogir marina and old town centre. This house, in which a sense of time permeates everything, has been the family home of our ancestors for several centuries. It is a place where the stories of artists and scholars, diplomats and sailors, come together to create a unique ambiance which speaks of adventures of human spirit and inspire those who stay in it. Master bedroom adjoining the living room has a spacious King size bed, while the attic room has two separate single beds. Both bedrooms and the living room have independent air conditioning units. On request, we can add the fifth supplementary full-sized folding bed. Please let us know if you are arriving by car and we will take care that you have a hassle-free experience. Trogir Marina car park is located 2 minutes away. Trogir has several marinas and is therefore a popular starting destination for yachting holidays. There are several nice beaches within walking distance and plenty more can be reached by frequent boat rides to Okrug Gornji, Hotel Medena, or Blue Laguna on Drvenik island. Tonko is a wonderful host and will respond to all your queries promptly. After booking, you can contact Tonko via AirBnb messaging or his mobile whenever you need any assistance or have a question. Have a morning coffee at the nearby marina or walk across the bridge to bar Smokvica, just behind the cathedral. Restaurants worth trying include Bocel within Trogir Marina, Konoba Trs , Don Dino, and Tri Volta. Plentiful churches and a few museums add to the cultural mix. Split airport is just several kilometres away, with a local bus running every 20 minutes. Alternatively get a taxi or rent a car from plentiful agencies at the airport (best to book online in advance). There are local and intercity buses to Split, but they can be a bit of hit and miss. Alternative recommendation is to use the local boat line Trogir - Slatine - Split called Buraline which sets off from Ciovo side of Trogir, so it is close to the place you are staying. It takes around an hour to get to Split.

Step outside for sun-soaked alfresco breakfasts at this peaceful pad with classic parquet floors and a cool, neutral color palette. Head out for a day at one of the nearby beaches, then relax tired muscles in the hot tub overlooking the sea beyond. The space is very big and comfortable with three sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen and living area or connected in one big space so I'm sure cooking would be fun. But I'm sure the most time that you are not on the beach you will be spending on the big terrace that is really amazing.. with sun loungers and hot tub with a fantastic sea view. The guest have the whole apartment for themselves to enjoy.. While you flip stakes (or better fish?) on garden barbeque, kids can play in the garden. The apartment is tucked away on a quiet street a few minutes' drive from the old town. Head to the nearby beaches, while away evenings at local eateries, and take laid-back sunset strolls. Within a few hundred meters you can find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gas station, local bus station. Or even better you can leave your car on shaded parking places and just walk down to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped (inc. AC, premium HiFi, hot tub, washing machine, hair dryer, iron etc..) Towels and linen are provided. The price on airbnb is final, there are no additional taxes. There is no deposit.. In other words you have everything You may need to carefree enjoy your holidays.
