Beautifully decorated and modern unit. Secured access and garage. The location is great specially in proximity to key iconic Masjid and short drive from the old city. Even though the neighborhood is a bit older building but you are close to the old city of Casablanca with its old souk and traditional shops and restaurants but not too far from some good places to eat as well. One thing I would have wished is more open view of the city from the unit but that didn’t impact our stay. We were greeted at check-in by Ahmad and Omar who lives at the building and provide help to tenants in general.

Had a great time at Mouna's! The accommodation is as described, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. Mouna was a very welcoming, available and caring host, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to all guests visiting the area. Once again, thank you for everything!

The accommodation is located in the center of Casablanca by the sea in a super secure area, and it is ideally located: Very close to Menara Mall and Hassan 2 Mosque, close to the Medina and Casa Port station which brings you to the airport. You also have free parking in the residence. How do I do better?! It made us want to come back because it felt like home with a very modern/chic decoration. The kitchen has the essentials, but is a little set back from the rest of the apartment (for those who plan to cook...). The highlight of the apartment being the view of the sea which is breathtaking from the terrace of the living room... But also on every terrace in every room! Yes yes yes! Mamoun is very responsive and available for the duration of the stay. Its goal is to have the best possible stay. Recommended accommodation and will return on my next visit to Casablanca!

This apartment is a luxury. Located in a brand new building, it is spacious, comfortable and very beautiful. The design is impeccable, it is fully equipped, it lacks no detail. It is decorated with great taste. Quality bedding and towels, spacious closets, spacious rooms and brand new equipment. The terrace is an oasis, spacious, intimate and full of plants. And the best, the treatment of Boutaïna and her family: friendly and always available to help. It has no noise, ideal for resting. The roof terrace with sea views is spectacular. There are places to eat less than a 3-minute walk away and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. Good wifi connection. It has an excellent price-quality ratio. A perfect place for a stay at any time of the year in Tamaris, lovely place for a relaxing stay and contact with local life. We will love to repeat. Thanks for the hospitality.

Had a great visit! The host was very responsive and available, which greatly facilitated our arrival and stay. The accommodation is in a great location, a short walk to the sea and close to all amenities. The residence is quiet and secure, and it is very easy to park in peace. I highly recommend this rental and will not hesitate to come back!

Very nice residence with plenty of pools overlooking the sea/beach, the security staff are nice and polite, beach promenade just outside, the apartment is as per the photos, very clean and everything that we needed in the kitchen was there. Abdelhak is responsive and very supportive for any questions, we’ll stay much longer next time.

This was a proper 5-STAR experience, from start to finish and across the board! Bottomline: 200% satisfied and we will definitely book another stay... here is why: - We booked this villa for a month for our summer holiday in Morocco - I contacted Mr Mehdi before booking as I had few requirements for my little family. Mehdi spent all the time required to explain everything I need. His flexibility and desire to help exceeded my expectations ... so I decided to book J - Mehdi contacted me few times before my arrival in order to make sure that I had all the info needed (for my stay in his villa, but also other helpful tips for my trip in Morocco like car rental ...etc) - ARRIVING to the villa.... we discovered everything we need ... and more ! (even umbrellas, a bike, wifi extender....etc... literally everything we need as if we were at home) - The place is spacious, nicely decorated (modern with a genius Moroccan touch), very clean and ... guess what ... everything works (not even a single faulty lightbulb J ) - The place comes with help/cook which was one of the highlights of the stay: very nice and helpful lady that cooked amazing food and made sure our stay is perfect! - Mr Mehdi was always available during our stay in case we needed something ... and the check-out was as smooth as it can get I can’t recommend this place enough ... great villa, and an outstanding host

Host is responsive and available and very welcoming. The listing is as described. Very good address to spend a friendly and peaceful time with friends and family. Access to the beach is easy and you can swim a few meters away. I highly recommend this accommodation for a short or long stay.

Thank you Imane for this pleasant accommodation. The living room is really the highlight with its central island. the apartment and bright. and there is air conditioning in every room. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary products: laundry, dishwasher tablets, household products, vacuum cleaner, etc. Great value for the price

Great stay in a beautiful residence close to the ocean. Clean apartment, nice pool, impeccable service. I would recommend it without a second thought!

Great apartment and great host. He was always contactable if anything arose. There is a pool and loungers which are out of view of the road and the public which was very nice. There is also a shop in the residence which was very handy and open late. However, any woman should be careful walking alone at night in this area.

I had a perfect stay. The house is located in a safe neighbourhood from where you can walk to the seaside just in 5 min. There is a market nearby and there are nice restaurants cafes. The house was very clean. You can find everything you need. Nawal was quite responsive and helpful.

Fahd was a lovely host and the place was fantastic, exactly as described. Fahd met us at the place for check in and showed us around. He was very responsive for anything we needed. Overall a great stay and a wonderful host. We highly recommend. Note: the taxi driver Fahd recommended to us was also lovely and we highly recommend taking him up on the offer to schedule with him.
