CHECK IN NON PRIMA DELLE 16.00 NON ADATTO AI BAMBINI AL DI SOTTO DEI 12 ANNI Il mio appartamentino ,si trova in un condominio che per secoli è stato un convento costruito intorno ad un cortile medievale : molto vicino al centro storico è ideale per scoprire Siena. In 10/ 15 minuti sarete nella Piazza del Campo cuore della città. Anche la campagna è facile da raggiungere A causa del Coronavirus , tra un pernottamento e l'altro, igienizzo tutte le superfici più frequentemente toccate.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely amazing—right in the center, walking distance to everything. The flat itself is very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention to the host who was incredibly helpful, even arranging an emergency dentist appointment for us—truly above and beyond! The apartment comes with valet parking, which was convenient, although you do need to walk about 6 minutes to the meeting point to retrieve your car. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: if you arrive after 10pm, there’s an extra fee, and with luggage, it’s best to take a taxi to be dropped directly at the apartment, as only taxis are allowed access inside the area. Overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!

Fabulous apartment right in the middle of everything, however very, very quiet when you want it to be it also, ability to make it completely dark by closing the shutters. There are two good sized bedrooms, one large bathroom and a half bath that also has a shower . The kitchen is well equipped . You are steps away from wonderful restaurants, great local products, grocery right next-door . Gianluca is a very helpful host!

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This place is even more beautiful than the photos show! We are travelling round Italy for our honeymoon and this has been our highlight. From the amazing grounds to the incredible food at the little restaurant it’s all been perfect. Thank you Marian for excellent communication and being so accommodating. We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Anwesen, welches von zahlreichen Olivenbäumen umgeben ist. Alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps zum Essengehen etc. gegeben. Abends haben wir immer direkt dort gegessen - einfach empfehlenswert. Sehr leckere regionale Küche. Wer es entspannt und ruhig möchte ist dort super aufgehoben. Wir haben es geliebt und uns total wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem super top, wir kommen gerne wieder :).

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.
