Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 sqm) with all the comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's only a five-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 sqm) with a southwest-facing position has sun from noon until evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or dinner. A private parking space for the car is included in the price. Use of the tennis court is free of charge, and the swimming pool can be used for a small fee.

The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.

The newly renovated apartment is centrally located in the rose city of Eutin, 50 meters next to the water tower. 200 meters to the Great Eutiner See. In 5 minutes you can walk to the market square. Surrounded by the idyllic Holstein Switzerland and a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the idyllic surroundings. It is about 20 minutes by car to the Baltic Sea. Lübeck, Kiel and HH are easily accessible. Parking in front of the house is possible.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

For bad weather and in the evening, a Wii, DVDs, games, etc. are available. The complex has playgrounds and a soccer field as well as miniature golf. There is also a cozy beach bar and a bistro on the beach. You are welcome to bring up to two dogs, more by arrangement.
