We offer our newly built Danish weekend cottage. (Completed in 2020). It's really small, but has everything you need for a vacation; in terms of amenities & well-being. The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The beach, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, an organic shop, beach shopping & Rewe are within walking distance. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.

Our bright, modern, beachy and child-friendly apartment awaits you on the Baltic Sea. We offer you a comfortable place to stay. It is only about 80 m to the beach without a road in between. For bad weather and in the evening, a Wii, DVDs, games, etc. are available. The complex has playgrounds and a soccer field as well as miniature golf. There is also a cozy beach bar and a bistro on the beach. You are welcome to bring up to two dogs, more by arrangement.

Der große Balkon (24qm) mit Süd-West-Lage hat ab mittags bis zum Abend Sonne und lädt zum Sonnenbaden oder einem gemütlichen Frühstück oder Abendessen ein. Zur Wohnung gehört ein privater Stellplatz für das Auto. Schwimmbad und Tennisplatz sind gegen geringe Gebühr nutzbar.

Walking distance to the beach about 650 m, distance to the train station about 700 m. The apartment has a parking space. The complex also includes a tennis court, bocce court, table tennis, as well as a children's play area. Near the complex there are all kinds of shopping (about 3 km to Neustadt), as well as restaurants.

Meine Gäste sprechen z.b: vom "einzigartigen Erlebnis", vom "liebevoll ausgebauten Bauwagen" und dem "tollem Flair" in "großartiger Umgebung". Ich sage: Es gibt kein WLAN! The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.
