We felt at home and communication was very fluid and pleasant with very good recommendations to discover the most interesting of the environment. Great place to stay and definitely 100% recommended.

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

We had an amazing stay at Concha's place! We stayed for 2.5 weeks, as a family with a young son travelling for the local bouldering. The apartment had everything we needed including cot and high chair. It was very clean, and Concha cleaned the place twice while we were there. She was very responsive, offered to provide an extra fan in the hot weather, and even messaged me when my rental car lights were accidentally left on. Would stay again, and highly recommend to others!

A recently renovated studio apartment on the edge of the old town. Good WiFi and despite the small space, very functional. We really appreciated little extras such as oil, herbs, spices and clothes washing liquid. There is no parking nearby and two flights of stairs to access the apartment - we were given helpful instructions on a paid parking option (~5mins walk), and a free option (10-15mins walk). A very responsive host. All in all an enjoyable stay!

Jessica & Victor's accommodation is located in an area a stone's throw from the historic center, very quiet and peaceful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The apartment is new, modern and tastefully furnished. The immediate Host is available. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Valencia.

A bright apartment in a quiet area. It's a 4th floor apartment with an elevator. Parking is readily available around the building. Very close to the historic center, about a 15-minute walk. There is a Mercadona just in front and a good bar on the ground floor of the building, as well as other nearby shops, cafeteria, butcher, etc. Well located for excursions around the province. Sergio gave us some good recommendations to visit both in the city and in the province. It has games that the kids really appreciated.

This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

Magui’s place is one of my favorite that I’ve ever stayed in on a vacation! All of the details around the apartment were so beautiful and interesting that we spent a good chunk of time after we arrived just looking at it all. Aside from the beautiful decor, the beds and furniture were also very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were clean, and the location was extremely convenient. There was also a helpful guide that pointed us to some great restaurants and bars! The apartment truly felt like our home away from home and we had a hard time leaving it each day. Our only regret was not booking it for longer as Valencia ended up being our favorite stop on this trip, probably having much to do with this apartment. We hope we can come back one day!

We are really enjoying our stay at Raül’s place. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is very comfortable. The location is also perfect—close to everything we need, yet away from the noisy tourist center. We highly recommend it!

Nice place , good location

First off Carmen and Daughter Iris are awesome, very attentive, and responsive. I came for the Ironman 70.3 and everything workedout perfectly. To the ironman village it was a 15min walk through the town or 20min if you walked on the beach. The apartment is spacious and loved drinking coffee on the balcony. It is on the 4th floor with no elevator so it can be challenging if you need assistance. Other than that everything else was great

Very nice and super clean apartment. We arrived early and were able to enter the apartment at 11 a.m. to drop off our luggage and change. After that, the apartment was cleaned and we went into the city. Roberto responds quickly. Before the holiday we had already had tips on what to see, good restaurants and shops and where we could do groceries. Apartment is located between the beach and old town. That's perfect. Highly recommended to book.

We had a great stay at Inés’ cosy and atmospheric place with a beautiful architectural touch. Spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything we needed. You are 5 minutes walk from the historic center. Three metro stations are also in walking distance. Very good communication with Inés! She is a responsible and professional host. Check-in instructions are very clear and easy to deal with. Inés kindly let us to store our luggage before check-in time as we arrived early in the morning. And also gave us helpful information about the area. Great experience! I’d definitely recommend it and hope to come back:)

Pere was a great host — communication was excellent and check-in was smooth. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well equipped (including the kitchen that makes cooking easy). The location is ideal: the city center is easily walkable and public transport stations are close and easy to reach. Overall, a great stay — I’d definitely return!

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
