We loved our stay - the house is perfectly equipped, beautiful and comfortable. There were plenty of places to gather but we could also spread out. Rosana’s recommendations improved our experience and she was super helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay there again.

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Location is perfect- good distance from park and 1 min from metro. Easy to get from airport. Pool is working and clean! Near good restaurants (we liked zazu) and consum and even mediamarket.

Antonia didn't take care of us, but it was Mihaela. Tremendently friendly. In fact, there was a problem with the light supply throughout the village and we were offered another of the accommodations that had a wood burning fireplace and gas stove. Also, for the same reason they gave us back one night. We didn't lack anything. We will definitely be back.

Everything very correct and according to the description, central location and 3 min walk from the beach. With good air conditioning for summer, parking in the basement ideal for the summer season, in the warehouse it is usually difficult to park. Wifi great...! Enjoy your stay!!!!

The stay at Mari Cruz's place is perfect. The house is quite good, and located in a super nice and quiet place, to repeat. Mari Cruz has been super attentive and anything we needed we had no problem

We had a great stay! Great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. Loved the church bells! And the terrace. Absolutely recommend!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We felt right at home. The host is very warm. It was no problem to experience the greatest things in Ruzafa and Valencia. All the people were very friendly to us even though we don't speak Spanish. The apartment has so much charm. We could always sleep in. Shower worked great. You could eat very well in the area. We would book here again and again.

Great spot , 10 minutes from the beach and close to public transport. Apartment was exactly what I wanted , maintained its traditional characteristics but had the mod cons you need. Definitely recommend it , beautiful home , beautiful veranda. Super

Magui’s place is one of my favorite that I’ve ever stayed in on a vacation! All of the details around the apartment were so beautiful and interesting that we spent a good chunk of time after we arrived just looking at it all. Aside from the beautiful decor, the beds and furniture were also very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were clean, and the location was extremely convenient. There was also a helpful guide that pointed us to some great restaurants and bars! The apartment truly felt like our home away from home and we had a hard time leaving it each day. Our only regret was not booking it for longer as Valencia ended up being our favorite stop on this trip, probably having much to do with this apartment. We hope we can come back one day!

Carlos is a host of 10!! The spectacular house, with all the details you can imagine, we have absolutely nothing missing. Surrounded by custard and with all amenities. I had the perfect house!!! We will repeat without hesitation.

The cottage is just like the ad, very clean and very well maintained. The location is extraordinary and the setting is beautiful! If you hesitate to be repeated. Susana has been very kind and very attentive!😊

Great hostess, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good restaurants are (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you can go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, as there is no dishwasher available. However, flushing utensils are also available. Upon the 1st entry into the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, and would definitely come back at any time 🥰👍

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Reyes appartement. It is super clean, the bed is comfortable and Reyes is very sweet and helpful. If you come by car, you must be informed, that the parking space is very small though. Can highly recommend to stay at Reyes and hope we can come back sometime.

The apartment was pristine and spotlessly clean, very spacious and really well stocked with tea coffee and cleaning essentials which was really convenient and made our stay extra comfortable. Ambrosia was really helpful and provided lots of local recommendations. Overall it was a fantastic experience I would highly recommend!

Natalia’s place is wonderful. Great location, supermarket, restaurants, bakery, coffee shop all walkable. Tastefully decorated with a lovely pool and outside space. Great for families and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen — home from home feel. If you want to see Valencia you need a car. Natalia was an excellent host (one of the best we’ve experienced) and gave faultless recommendations! We will be going back.

Ideal base for a holiday where you want to combine city and beach! Very nice and complete apartment only 5 min walk from Patacona beach. A spacious, nice and reasonably quiet beach, where many locals also come. Eating places on the beach and some in the neighborhood. In the summer, there are a few beach bars (chiringuito's). Cozy atmosphere! For a visit to the city, you can use public transport (especially the bus, which runs very regularly and nearby, travel time 45-60 minutes to the center). However, we rented bicycles for us with our daughter on the back. So we had all the time and flexibility. It is nice to cycle to the center along the boulevards of the beaches of Valencia and through the Turiapark. You can also expect 45-60 min travel time (without stops). There are many bike paths and reasonably well signposted in Valencia. And the city is flat. Cycling is really fun and very easy to do from the apartment. We placed the bikes in the underground garage.
