Paloma is wonderful and very kind host. Extremely helpful from the very moment we met her for check in, until the end when we checked out. The accommodation was very safe, clean and organized and met our expectations. Very nice place for getting away from city life and just relaxing on the property. Also, the surrounding areas in Candeleda are beautiful with a lot of mountainous to explore while hiking and walking around, along the river, as well as surrounding areas. We had a wonderful time in the area and at Paloma's place. Highly recommend. Massood

We spent three nights in the house in Sotoserrano. The house has everything needed for a large family (three bedrooms). It is very clean and tidy, and Noelia is a great host who recommended excellent daily hikes in the region. The view is beautiful, and the place is very quiet. The village is close to many trailheads in the region and other nearby villages. For those who need a strong and constant Wi-Fi connection: The network is a bit slow and not always 100% available, but you can always use cellular data as a backup. There is no actual supermarket or gas station nearby. You can use the La Alberca supermarket and gas station, but keep in mind the siesta break from 14:00 to 17:30. Bottom line – highly recommended for hikers.

The house is great, very spacious rooms, it made a splendid day and we took advantage of the porch, the patio. Nothing was missing in the kitchen or in the bathroom. We will be back!!!

A wonderful and super-equipped house (swimming pool, BBQ, fireplace) to spend a few days in a place in the middle of the forest on the southern slope of the Sierra de Gredos. Great for groups of friends and for a large family. Angelita welcomed us and showed us the house and made everything easier. Definitely a place to come back.

The house is spacious and everything is very clean. The area is very quiet and we enjoyed the weekend very much. All rooms with A/C. The pool is very clean and sufficient to cool off. I have missed gels and shampoo in the bathrooms and, for example, oil, vinegar and salt in the kitchen. Basic products that I have found in all the places we have gone, in the end we had to go to buy. Otherwise, perfect, Cristina and her husband were attentive to anything we needed.

Te Aquilo’s has a lovely house with Mountain View’s. Lovely little pool to dip in and out on hot days. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a great 4 day break from our motorbike holiday. The only criticism is that it needs more sun lounges but definitely not a deal breaker. Thank you Gloria for bringing a great host. 😊

Friend's stay after sherry award Maria has been very communicative, responding quickly to our requests. The apartment is idyllic, very clean and comfortable. Unique failure to have no elevator, understandable since it is in the historic center of Plasencia. We'll definitely repeat it!

Very cozy cottage in the center of the village. Easy access and Juan the host is very nice, very good heating and perfect for a couple, and to enjoy the wonderful Sierra that surrounds Miranda del castañar.

I had a fantastic time at Teresa's place. As indicated in other comments, the house is huge and has everything you need to spend a few days there. Not a single detail is missing and you will feel right at home. The best is that feeling of familiarity that you find in the house, like her being part of her own family I loved staying there and I would definitely repeat

Hector has a wonderful place! We have visited friends around and this home was ideal for our family - 2 adults and our 2 kids 4 and 7 years old. We will definitely highly recommend!

Oscar was very kind and attentive at all times. When we arrived we had some beers in the fridge and some treats for the dog. 😍 The house is very comfortable and clean. It was close to supermarkets and bars and in the center of town. 100% recommended!

Exceptional accommodation, newly renovated and with everything super new and also very clean The house is phenomenal has many utensils of utensils, oil, sugar etc and also a short walk from the city center.

We had a great time at Enrique's house. It is just as it looks in the photos, even better since it seemed in person to us more spacious. It had everything, towels, sheets, blankets in case it refreshed, and the kitchen was very well equipped, with utensils and small appliances of all kinds. The pool was very clean and despite the fact that it is no longer in the middle of summer we could enjoy it, we were also able to use the basketball court, which we expected to have a ball and we thanked for the good times we had there :) In addition, the communication with Enrique was very fluid, she answered all our doubts (which were not few). The village is small and quiet, and the house is right on the outskirts, about 5 minutes from the village shop. Also there is space in the estate to spare to park inside, we were in 3 cars but would have accommodated others so many without a problem. In short, it's a 10/10, thank you for everything!

The house is located in a very quiet village. If you want to spend a few days disconnecting from the city and connecting with nature is the perfect place. The house has a lot of charm, it is very cozy and has everything you need to spend a good stay. Both Maria and Sara have been vigilant at all times. I recommend staying.
