Everything is great! Sebastián is always very friendly and attentive to facilitate everything in our stay. When we arrived it was raining and greeted us at the door so we wouldn't get wet. The neighborhood where it is is super quiet, zero noise. It has a huge and beautiful garden. The shower outside is very practical for getting rid of the sand. The beautiful gallery, you can see the sea and dreamy sunsets. It's 5 minutes from a beautiful beach, super family-friendly and pet-friendly. We went with our little dog and she was well received! It has an ice cream shop and chairs for the beach!! We were received with a 10! A beautiful experience in Chapadmalal.

Came here all the way from the USA for a quick 7 day stay had. Small grocery store right in front of the building so everything I needed was there had the gym all to my self most nights. If I ever need a quick stay Fernando will be the one I speak too!

We had an incredible few days. The house is super comfortable and the pool table was the best, we stayed playing all night and had a great time! The host was a 10, always very attentive. Also, to her husband for receiving me on the first day! The apartment is very well connected, 10 minutes walk from Plaza Colón and the casino. In two/three islands you have everything you need to live: bakery / supermarket / greengrocers / butchers / gym / laundries. Inside, there's everything you need to enjoy your stay and not miss anything, no complaints! I recommend you choose this accommodation and enjoy Mar del Plata and its atmosphere! I hope to be able to return in the summer and enjoy the beach and the surroundings more!!

We had a great time at Valeria's place. Everything was as described, or better than in the photos. The small garden area and a plus to enjoy the sun. There is a very good WiFi connection that allows you to work remotely. The accommodation is very well located for a visit to the pretty town of Mar del Plata. Nelly was Lovely You can go there without a second thought.

We stayed in the first half of February 2025. The truth is that everything was impeccable, the cabin was functional, it had everything you need (even for us who like to cook and in beach houses there is always something missing, but here everything was great). The patio is beautiful for breakfast and the area is really quiet. We were looking for silence and tranquility and we found it. Thanks Ro! We hope to go back!
