Beach condo holiday rentals in Siesta Key

We had a wonderful time at Bill's place, very cozy and had everything we needed. Loved being able to walk to the beach and spent some time at the pool, we had so many more things we wanted to do and not enough time in the day!

Renee is an amazing host. When we told her we were flying in Friday night and getting a hotel because the flight was cheaper she offered to let us check in Friday night for no charge. Renee checked in with us a few times throughout the week to see if we needed anything. We look forward to vacationing with her again in the future.

Amy was the most responsive host I have ever had on Airbnb. I appreciated her hospitality.

My experience was great from the start. After making my booking I received video instructions, showing how to enter the gate, find the laundry, use the key fob and everything I needed when I arrived. I loved this because it made everything familiar and easy. I also appreciated that when the room was ready we were notified that we could arrive at anytime and aftrrwards we received a follow up to make sure everything was to our liking! we had a great time! Thank you!

This was our second year staying here. The view is amazing!! It is very clean and well stocked.

My wife and I spontaneously booked a last-minute getaway at Colin’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The condo was beautiful—just steps from the beach—and the view from the porch was absolutely stunning. We loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were included, which made our three days of relaxing by the ocean even more enjoyable. The location was great, with restaurants just a short drive away. I also took advantage of a well-equipped workout area just down the street, which was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and we made good use of the full-sized fridge during our stay. Colin was incredibly responsive and proactive in his communication, checking in frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly. The resort itself was spotless, and the staff were all warm and welcoming. It was the perfect short escape—we’d definitely come back!

Julie was a fantastic host. Responded to all questions in a very timely manner. She went above and beyond to make sure my girls group had a good time! Trolley service is at the curb to take you to the village or elsewhere. Restaurants are right across the street for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so no cooking was needed for us! Thank you for a great experience.

Stunning apartment. The view is incredible and the furnishings are all top quality. Highly recommended.

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

This studio was a perfect and cozy little spot for my fiancée and I. Literal steps to the beach, ice cold AC, super clean, and very close to tons of shopping/eating/drinking spots. I would absolutely book this rental again for another weekend getaway!

My family and I had an amazing getaway trip here. We had spent a lot of time working hard for this trip; and it sure paid off. The location was beautiful, just down the road (within walking distance) from John’s Pass, Very close to the beach, beautiful views. The Airbnb itself had everything you could possibly need, very clean, and cozy. The hosts were very communicative, and instructions were very clear. We had a 10 month old with us and it was also very accessible for that. Overall would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, fun, and great experience/location for Florida. The place was exactly as advertised and I loved how close we were to the beach. It also was pretty private and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Even though it was great, we probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the shower. My bf has had knee surgery and it was extremely difficult to get into the shower. The side of the tub was very very high, I had to lift my knee to my chest to get into the tub and my bf struggled a lot with his bad knee to do that to get into the shower. I still give the place 5 stars because it was as advertised I just didn’t realize from photos that the bathroom would be difficult for us to manage, and that’s our personal problem not a problem with the Airbnb. Everything else was perfect!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

We originally booked this location (Jamaica Royale), but it was impacted by Hurricane Milton. We were a little disappointed that it was still listed as available, even though it very much was not, as it was still being cleaned up/repaired. However, we were incredibly thankful that Adam responded almost immediately and got us into another location nearby (Palm Bay Club). While not as well appointed and modern as the place we originally booked (and with no beautiful views at all--just the roof of the building beside us), it was situated in a great location near the beach, and very clean and comfortable. Both condos are in VERY conveniently located though--downtown Sarasota is a quick 10 minute drive away, the fine white sand beach is a 5 minute walk, and it's a quiet residential area. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly book with Adam again. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we had a great experience, all things considered!

Steps from ocean with the most incredible view I’ve ever seen!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb and would definitely recommend it! The location is absolutely unbeatable—five stars all the way. Being so close to everything we wanted to explore made our trip super convenient and enjoyable. The property itself was beautiful, with standout features like the pool and view and the spaciousness of the unit—both of which exceeded expectations. The listing was honest, and there were no surprises, which we appreciated. That said, there were a few small drawbacks. The TVs could use an upgrade—they felt a bit outdated. The elevator went down a few times during our stay, which was inconvenient, especially with luggage. Additionally, while the place had most of what we needed, it was missing a few basic amenities we would have expected for the price point (coffee, shower soap, and better made beach chairs) however the amenities listed were honest; and it was just me assuming they would be provided..

Our stay at Ten35 was great! Great location with direct access to the beach. If you plan to stay around the area while visiting, you most likely will not need a vehicle as this is close walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops near by. The condo was overall very nice, comfortable, clean, and very spacious.
