Cottage holiday rentals in Siesta Key

Marc and Dave were incredible. They were responsive and proactive! I will definitely be back. We had a family of 7 and even though it was small, we were comfortable. The bikes were an added bonus and amazing to use for our trips to the Daiquiri Deck! Although the weather didn’t cooperate we still had an amazing time and would 10000% recommend this place. Traveling with 5 kids can be stressful and they made accommodations seamless!

House is very nice and comfortable in great location on the island. Location was outstanding few steps from the beach less than five minutes walk beach furniture are not enough for the number of people so plan ahead how you’re gonna get beach furniture from Goodwill or people who are already leaving. It’s very convenient to be close from anywhere on the island And there are restaurants and gift shops five minutes walking from there. Kitchen was great and very well equipped the pool and the hot tub was amazing. Furniture overall was very comfortable but if you use special pillows bring it with you. The isolated room is a great plus but two rooms have no privacy at all and one of the bathrooms doesn’t even lock They take the number of people in the house very seriously so if u have friends with u in the trip but not staying in the same house don’t invite them over. We had the best time - it was everything we could've wanted in a rental! This was our first time staying in Holmes Beach and we loved it. The house is close to everything in town. We used and enjoyed all the wonderful amenities that Craig provides - the golf cart (a must!), beach cruisers, beach wagon, umbrella and chairs. The pool, hot tub and hammock were also a highlight for us. We can't wait to come back!

All New inside all linens, furniture, floors, impeccable, and perfectly decorated for this island-feel. Great location-3 min walk to the beach entrance, and a couple blocks from golf cart/bike rentals, liquor, store, Café and the causeway. The property management was easily accessible.

A very cute, comfortable, clean and exceptionally appointed cottage. Brian is a wonderful host. We really enjoyed our stay there and look forward to visiting again. The SOS facility is a great place for family stays and is a major plus as well.

In every way, our stay was awesome!

This is a BEAUTIFUL place. There was a lovely welcome basket with toiletries when we arrived. Lots of fun board games. The back patio with hot tub are incredible, at night it is amazing. The host was really proactive in communicating with us, and was a pleasure to work with. Very, very quiet inside as well. With 2 bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, you have lots of options. My son kept begging us to stay another day! We would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this cute little cottage. Everything was clean and well-decorated, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved having the golf cart to run around in! The host also provided beach chairs and a kayak to use, which was very handy. The area is pleasant, situated in a quiet neighborhood with public tennis and basketball courts across the street. Anna Maria is a happy little island, with a lot of good food and entertainment, and a number of beach areas to choose from. Lynda was very responsive to any questions we had, and provided a lot of easy -to-follow instructions for the house, as well as lots of helpful tips about the area. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week at Beach Boutique's Anna Maria Island Cottages. The cottage is very cute and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had the necessary supplies, although we also explored the local restaurant scene and used it mostly for breakfast. Despite being situated close to a street, it was quiet and peaceful. The small set of cottages that makes up the property also has several private nooks and a little fountain with more seating areas. We appreciated having access to laundry facilities on-site. The location is also pretty walkable to a few shops and restaurants. We 100% enjoyed a calm, relaxing week away from New England March weather, went for swims and long walks on the beach, enjoyed magnificent sunsets and recharged our batteries.

We really liked Bob’s place. So much we tried to book it for Christmas but it was already booked. We didn’t do any cooking as we were visiting with our boys and their family. Our pup loved exploring the backyard. Thank you again Bob for sharing your home.

Our family had a great stay! We traveled with a baby, toddler and two dogs and had plenty of space and everything we needed. Birgit was quick to respond when we had questions. The house is spacious and comfortable. We loved being able to walk across the street to the beach! And the convenience of having an outdoor shower to wash off the kids. There was lingering hurricane damage nearby, but Birgit’s place is pristine! We would definitely return in the future.

We LOVED staying at Christopher’s. The apartment was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood is adorable and so close to downtown. Christopher was an absolute gem of a host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. So grateful! Would return.

We had a very pleasant stay. Sandra and Kim were great to deal with including special accommodations for a late night arrival. We really did feel like guests in every sense. I guess the best thing I can say is that we are back in Bradenton next week and looking forward to another stay.

Gloria's place was perfect for our needs! It accommodated us and our 2 dogs well with peaceful outdoor areas and easy access to water activities. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying the area!

We stayed at Lisa’s place for a little over 2 months. We are from the area, however our home was unavailable. We liked walking the neighborhoods and to the lake each day. Downtown St Pete is about 1.5 miles away, so very nice walk or quick drive. Lots of great nightlife and restaurants there. A 4-5 block walk puts you on 4th with coffee shops, restaurants and breweries nearby. The cottage is also well equipped for making meals at home or relaxing in front of the TV. The patio area was beautiful and well maintained. It’s nice for coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening. King size bed! Big shower, laundry on premises. Everything we needed and at a great price!

Location was perfect the beach was a block away, John’s Pass was just 5 minutes away aswell as the opposite way multiple shops about 10 minutes away. Lynne had nearly everything provided what you’d need for a beach getaway. Ice chest, sunscreen, chairs, snacks, umbrella, paddle ball game and more. There was even some cooking condiments in the fridge already aswell as chips. Only one thing we were suprised with is sharing the backyard area along with the host. Other than that it was a phenomenal stay and our host was very attentive.

Place was great for me and my 3 daughters. Super cute old house with adorable kitchen and pool house. Had some trouble getting Into the pool house when we arrived but host was there in a flash to help us out. There was even a cooler, beach chairs and ice packs available for our use. Very convenient

This was a great stay for our family of 5 while visiting the Sarasota area. Beds were comfy, extra pillows and blankets available, very well stocked kitchen. AC worked great. We did have a small issue with the bunk beds not being made and a coverlet that was dirty. The host was quick to respond and even refunded part of our cleaning fee to compensate us. We were pleased with how it was handled. Don’t miss visiting The Ringling (plan to spend all day), Caspersen Beach (for shark teeth), the point of Anna Maria Island (for tons of huge shells and beautiful beaches with lots of wildlife). We also really liked this little neighborhood. Be sure to walk around the corner to meet Sheldon the tortoise.

Enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come back. Great location, perfect vacation vibe, so close to everything. Fun and relaxing.
