this is a great place to check out the wineries in the area, because you cam reach them by foot. there are restaurants and shops right by the flat, so really everything that is needed.

One of the best airbnb I have ever rented. Just a magical place with beautiful, creative people all around. The mountain river, the forest, the animals. Delicious food, I have no words to describe how delicious the food is here. The administrators Sergei and Matvey are wonderful people, they know their business. I already miss everything❤️

Great apartment with nice view on mountains!

We were a family of 7 persons. With a car. The house is unforgetable! It is something strange for now, but it makes you feel the history of its owner. We celebrated my father' s happy birthday. Two friends of ours also joined. Everybody still keeps memorizing this place! I do recommend it for the maximum company ( as it noted - 3 double + one). It is VERY spatious. There is a lot of kitchen things. AlSO! It is not seen on the photos. There is a place for barbecou in the patio. So you can cook your шашлык. Two grand balconies! Even a great write-table , but hidden :) It was very clean for such a big house! The host señorita is very very! Always online. P.S. if you don't have car, it can be a little far to the amenities of the town. Recommend you definetily! 6 stars of 5.

Super tolle Gastgeber, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Umfeld. Die Unterkunft ist für Langzeitaufenthalte mit allem ausgestattet. Schöner Garten mit viel Obst und Blumen. Gute Verkehrsanbindung und auch fusslaüfig alles erreichbar. Der Wald und die Berge sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Preisleistung ist top.

Приятное место, дружелюбные хозяева , всегда готовы помочь, живут в соседнем доме. В доме есть всё необходимое: плита, микроволновка, посудомойка, душ тёплый и даже пылесос. Есть терраса , на ней приятно покушать. Мы всегда путешествуем с собакой и для нас было очень приятно дружелюбное отношение. К хозяев тоже есть собаки. Расположение отличное если вы на машине. До центра можно доехать за 10минут. Рядом винодельни, ландшафты потрясающие на горы и алазанскую долину.

We had a great stay. We had all four rooms as we were traveling 2 adults and four kids and there was plenty of space for us. Rooms were great and the same goes for the outdoor areas. City is very relaxed and beautiful. We had breakfast all 3 mornings and it was amazing. Local producers and amazing eggs and pancakes. Best thing was Aleksander him self. Super kind and generous. We tasted his different wines and liqueurs and he was always up for some interesting conversations on big and small. We would love to come back one day.

Гостила пару дней в этом прекрасном месте. Очень красивый гестхаус, с бассейном и чудесным садом, с заботливыми хозяевами. Было комфортно и уютно, порадовал потрясающий завтрак (домашний сыр, самодельный ткемали, клубника 🤌🏻), достаточная уединенность, бассейн, красивые виды вокруг. Очень рекомендую остановиться у этой замечательной семьи.

We were a big group and we loved our stay! Everything was perfect and catered to! The staff and Nino's mom were incredible. Ato (their dog) is officially our favorite dog in Georgia now. The pool was always in a pristine condition and the temperature of the water was amazing. And they even had a suana! Last but not the least the breakfast served was epic. Would definitely visit again!

We stayed for two nights with Nino and Gocha. We are two families, and the kids were so entertained by the activity-filled yard that we hardly felt them around. They also took part in an art workshop with Gocha, which they loved. The place itself is truly unique—like living inside a modern art museum. We received wonderful recommendations from Nino that really helped us plan our time in the area. Highly recommended, and thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay, better than expected. The accommodations were very private and beautiful but at the same time the complex was very well connected. Easy parking, and moving to the rooms. The view and location is stunning. The hosts were great, Valerio really made us feel like home, always there providing help, information and recommendations, great communication. Unfortunately our room was double booked the first day but they did whatever they could to help us by providing us a bigger room for the first night for the same price and the next day they helped us move to the room that we had originally booked. Their suggestions really made our stay special l. The breakfast that they provided was tasty. We didn't have the chance to try the meals but I'm sure that they would be good. We will definitely come again if we ever visit again the kakheti region.

Really enjoyed our stay in this complex. Host Tina was very friendly, the apartment is very clean and cozy. There is a restaurant nearby where you can have breakfast. And the most important thing is the view of the mountains 😍 Highly recommend to visit 🙌

Мне очень понравилось жилье Лики. После шумного Тбилиси очень приятно провести несколько дней в тихой местности, где из звуков только петухи и индюшки) В доме есть все нужное, видно что делался для себя. Посуды много, есть шампуры и мангал. А территория вообще супер: гамаки, шезлонги, все зелено и много места. В общем место супер, вернусь еще)

Lika und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig und wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt, vor allem, wenn wir uns auf der Terrasse getummelt haben. Wir haben alles bekommen, was wir noch brauchten, zum Beispiel Küchenutensilien. Auch den Ofen und die Waschmaschine der Familie konnten benutzen. Dies alles war sehr im ursprünglichen Airbnb-Spirit des Teilens von Privatraum und persönlichen Dingen. Danke dafür, besonders fürs Vertrauen! Vor allem die Küche und der Balkon, aber auch teilweise die Bäder waren nicht sauber. Schwamm drüber! Wir empfehlen diese spezielle Suite mit individuellen Charme an einem wundervollen Ort in einem spannenden Land sehr gerne weiter.

Elizbar’s winery is beautifully located and unique to the area. The room was stunning, communication was always quick, and we started our tour on time. The tour, cooking class and dinner were excellent additions to our stay and we highly recommend it!

Jalal's home was a great find in Sighnaghi. It was located at a walkable distance from center yet in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The place was spotlessly clean, with all modern amenities and good heating/cooling. Jalal was always reachable and helpful, even when he was himself travelling. Highly recommended for your stay in Sighnaghi. 👍

It is a lovely, old house in the village, the owners live downstairs, the kitchen is shared with the owners. It is easy to visit Kachetia from the house of Maja and Paata. If you wish they will cook for you a real Georgian breakfast or lunch or dinner. We received as well a lot of extras like fruit from the garden or cold coffee. Despite from our poor Russian we had lovely conversations and felt very welcome. Great place to get to know Georgian hospitality. This is a place for you if you want relax and peace.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Pleasant 15 minute walk through some residential streets to get downtown to restaurants and other activities.
