Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Located on the second floor, facing southeast, it’s perfect for enjoying breakfast on the balcony with a view of Mont Blanc. The Divonne River flows just below the apartment. Just a 5-minute walk to the Divonne swimming pool and lake, 15 minutes by car to Geneva Airport, and 10 minutes to Lake Geneva. An assigned parking space is available in the residence.
