Warum nun „Thirty Minutes“? Weil ihr die Wahl habt in nur 30 Minuten die Füße in der Nordsee oder in der Ostsee zu haben, oder doch lieber in nur 30 Minuten Dänemark zu besuchen. So bietet der Aufenthalt bei uns euch alle Möglichkeiten eine tolle und sehr abwechslungsreiche Urlaubszeit zu verbringen.

That Danewerkhuus

Our Danewerkhuus is located in a quiet side street in Dannewerk. On a total size of about 150 square meters (ground floor, upper floor), there is a fully equipped kitchen, combined dining/living area (TV with Blu-ray player) with fireplace and access to the 25 square meter upper terrace on the ground floor. In the basement is our great, new Viking grotto with TV and electronic darts for a cozy get-together, a small guest toilet and ground-level access to our large, covered patio.

Vacation home for 2+1 people

Apartment in a quiet village location between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea and not far from the Schlei. It was only completed in 2023. It can accommodate up to two people plus an older child. The apartment is fully furnished including dishes and bed linens and the kitchen also offers everything you need for a nice vacation. The car can be parked on the fenced property. Where charging is also possible for a fee. The garden with seating area offers plenty of space to linger.

Hafenpanorama Flensburg

Soft opening: The first apartment in this beautiful Wilhelminian-style house is ready, the attic. It opens to the west with a stunning view over the harbor and Flensburg's old town. Two balconies (to the harbor and to the romantic captain's quarter) offer sunny spots at any time of the day, stylishly renovated rooms, fireplace, black designer kitchen… Currently, the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are being completed and construction noise may occasionally occur.

Enjoy the relaxed life in this peaceful and centrally-located place between the seas. The sea can be reached in 20 minutes. Also ideal for excursions by bike or on foot. The unique nature of Schleswig Holstein and the region around Treia invites you to relax and recharge. Indulge in culinary delights at *Osterkrug Treia* or in the popular restaurants of the surrounding towns. The property has AC/climate control, Wi-Fi, SmartTV and smartphone charging options.

The holiday apartment 'Ferien Zwischen den Meeren' is located in Jübek and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. This 40 m² property, situated between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The bedroom has two single beds (1x2 m) that can be pushed together to form a double bed. An extra bed can be placed in the living room.

The Shopping facilities are a 5-minute walk away. A heated outdoor swimming pool invites you to relax on warm days.

Located at the narrowest point of Germany, this gem is a 180-year-old thatched-roof Geestlanghaus, in a quiet secluded location with free parking, 10 minutes away from the A7. Young couples with toddler, solo travelers, tourists on the way north or south, seclusion looking painters, pianists (wings available!), writers and other creatives, bird lovers and lovers of the seas are welcome in our small gallery!

The North Sea, the Eider Barrage and the vast marshlands invite you to excursions, bike rides and water sports.
