The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.

The small apartment (bedroom, living room, dining room (no stove), shower/toilet) in a 400-year-old farmhouse is close to the Ardez train station. Haus Tschuga is located above the Silbertal at 1100 m. We offer the ideal starting point for hiking and biking in summer or for skiing or ski tours in winter.
