Basement apartment in granite stone house from 1953. Good atmosphere. Only 20 minutes by foot from train and bus station. Private entrance. New bathroom and small kitchen. Internet and TV. The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in forests and swimming in the sea. The city center of Fredrikstad and the college, is only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. Bathroom in bathtub by agreement.

Nice cottage on large, warm and child-friendly plot with sun all day. The cabin is substantially refurbished the later years, with new kitchen, newer bathrooms and bright cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms in the main cabin, and an annex with four beds as well as a private toilet. The cabin has a large porch with several seating areas. It is of course nice to be here in the summer, but the cabin is well insulated, with wood burning in addition to a new heat pump. So it's a perfect option for autumn and winter as well.

The cabin is newly renovated; has running water (shower, toilet, dishwasher and washing machine) , internet and TV. Two large terraces with dining area and sofa/lounge. This completely newly furnished holiday home offers you the opportunity to quickly get to the nearby jetty, for example to start the day with a refreshing swim. A boat trip (at an additional cost) is also possible. You can quickly and easily reach beautiful bays and viewpoints of the fjord and its flora and fauna via nearby forest paths.
