Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Located in Sezzadio, it is a few kilometers from the spa town of Acqui Terme, Alessandria and Novi Ligure. The Casetta is completely renovated, with new furnishings, equipment and services. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people if necessary and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Equipped with every comfort, it will welcome you during your stay.

Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.
