Holiday rentals with a patio in Silveira Beach

The place is simple but very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for simple preparations (it even has an air fryer), the bed is comfortable and the deck has a beautiful view of Rosa Beach. The location is great, both for accessing the beach and the city center. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend it!

The stay was simply perfect! The inn is charming, very clean and well cared for, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere. Everything is done with great affection and attention to detail. The Hosts were amazing! Super considerate, kind and always available to help with whatever it takes. They made us feel at home from the first moment. I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!

My stay at Simone's apartment was excellent! The space is exactly as in the photos: clean, cozy and very well equipped. The location is great, with easy access to everything I needed. Simone was an attentive host and always available to answer questions, which made me feel even more relaxed during the stay. I would definitely stay in town again! Ahh and she makes GREAT SWEETS!!!!

The apartment is new, well decorated, sunny, with all modern utensils, a very good shower, a wonderful mattress and a comfortable sofa. With a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacies, shops and it is still a quiet place. Quiet to sleep. The host Frederico is always cheerful and attentive. Great experience.

The accommodation was impeccable from start to finish. Mathias and his partner were attentive and gave us tips on places to make our experience in Garopaba even better. As for the structure of the place, it surpasses what we see in the photos. Everything is very clean and organized, with an incredible view of the mountains and easy access to markets, restaurants and the beach. We barely left and we already want to go back. We had an amazing time, and the accommodation, with all its comfort and the attention of the hosts, was essential to making our summer vacation perfect!

Janine was the perfect host! Her home was absolutely beautiful and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Janine allowed us to change our check in time the day we were due to arrive as we had a change in our plans which was very helpful as we were travelling with children! Language was no barrier for the communication which was amazing and we felt at home. There is everything you could ever need from a holiday home - including towels for the pool/beach, chairs and parasols for the beach and a few different toys/buckets and spades for the kids to use on the beach so we didn’t have to buy our own which was handy! The place was spotless and Janine arranged to have a cleaner come in midweek which was a lovely touch! We all enjoyed the balcony views which are incredible! If we are ever lucky enough to return to Floripa I hope we can stay in Janines beautiful home again :)

I was already familiar with Garopaba and Praia do Rosa and was looking for a place where I could bring some friends for a month-long mix of work and vacation. The requirements were quite specific, but we found exactly what we needed in Klaus' house—and in Klaus himself as a host. The house was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Plus, it had the most breathtaking view of the lake. The sunsets we enjoyed during our barbecue nights will be hard to top! Located within a 24/7 gated and secured condominium, the property offered a great sense of comfort and safety throughout our stay. On top of that, Klaus was an outstanding host—always available for any request and proactively checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. If you're looking to experience the magic of Garopaba in the best possible way, with the best view in town, I highly recommend Klaus' house!

Apartment exactly as in the photos, clean, all well tidy, with all the utensils necessary for a good stay. Easy communication with the host, we were very well received by Mrs. Graça, a lovely lady! Only the pool has too much rules for use but these are condominium rules. About the Host's responsibility part, all great!

The house looked like a residence to live in. Good quality furniture, comfortable environment. I felt at home. Mr. Joaquim and his wife, super attentive, very friendly! I highly recommend it!

The apartment was very comfortable, bright, spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen Having 2 bathrooms and the bedrooms on separate floors is very, very good! The complex is very nice and comfortable, the pool is very clean and a good size. Access to downtown and the beach is really good. Highly recommended!

The photos published on the site fully correspond to the reality of the space. Airy apartment, bright, well equipped and very quiet, as expected and sought. The beach is 100m from the beach. As the ap attended to what was on the site and that I was looking for, I did not need to contact the host, but when it was necessary at check in and at check out, everything happened in the best way. I definitely recommend and would come back !!!

The space provided by Matheus is roots, but very cozy. In the heart of Rrugem beach, a treat for outings at night. It is the perfect type of stay for those looking to meet new people and new experiences. Matheus was very receptive and we were very comfortable even with our dogs.

Are very nice and receptive gave several tips of places and beaches to go, place without any noise, nearby market, easy to find! Great place for those looking for quiet
