We are 15 min drive from beach, downtown, UNCW, Cozy open living area with couch and chair TV/WiFi/Roku, air purifier. Kitchen space has sink, refrig, Microwave, toaster and coffeemaker, table/chairs, dishes, note NO oven. Bath has walk in shower, no tub. Sleeping area has full size double bed. Outside: Salt water pool!, hot tub, hot/cold shower, grill, eating and lounging areas. We are happy to loan you beach chairs. as of Nov. 2, 2023, the hot tub is out of service. Working on a solution.

Adorable Private Guest Suite with Loft.

Located just outside of Southport, NC. We are minutes from the beaches and waterfront. Just a short drive to many local attractions, including Myrtle Beach, SC and Wilmington, NC. Our Guest Suite is completely private from the rest of the house. The home is also on a public golf course. Beautiful views anytime of day of the 7th fairway. The suite has a loft that can sleep 2 adults, there is a pull out sofa that will also sleep 2 adults if you do not want to use the loft.

When staying at the popular Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise.
