George's place is peaceful, quiet and in a good location with just a short walk to the beaches, restaurants, grocery store & theater. The room was clean, shower water was hot and the wifi had a strong signal. It's nice that there were bikes (beach cruisers) available as well as an outdoor sitting area, gas grill, laundry machines, fridge & coffee maker. Thanks George!

This was an incredible stay! I liked being close to everything in the city without needing to be directly in the middle of it. It was a nice and quiet area with everything you could dream of within a 30 minute drive. Denise was nice and helpful and I would 100% recommend staying here!

Ada the maid was great and very sweet once I came in with my fiancé. She asked if we needed anything and made sure everything was squeaky clean. My stay here was wonderful! It was a short visit to see some concerts so I wasn’t at the house much but when I was the WiFi was excellent, the outside deck was beautiful, the room was clean and there were plenty of amenities. The neighborhood was great with ample parking, a convenience store down the street and a few quick food spots, and not far from downtown Chula Vista where there were tons of cute spots for food, local beers, etc. On top of a great location, Edwina was super helpful with food recommendations and brochures, offered toiletries, extra towels, sunscreen, etc. Truly above and beyond hospitality!
