Monthly Rentals in Silverbrook Farm

This is the third time when my husband is having a long stay in Kristin’s place. The same as before the place was clean and convenient , Kris responsible and welcoming host. The cats are adorable.

We really liked Abiy place and he is very communicative and clearly sent the instructions and make available if we have any questions. The house is very good to stay and it has a privacy. The neighborhood is excellent and good parking space.

Our stay at this property was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained the space was—it looked exactly like the photos, if not better. Every corner of the home felt thoughtfully prepared, cozy, and welcoming, which made settling in a breeze. Kofi, our host, went above and beyond. He was always available to answer questions (and I had quite a few!) and responded quickly with helpful suggestions and a warm attitude. His communication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The location was another huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing walks. We also loved how convenient it was—there were tons of great restaurants, cafes, and local spots to eat just minutes away. My partner and I stayed here at the end of my visit to MD. The area was beautiful with a lot of trees around and a peaceful neighborhood. The inside of the apartment looked even better than the photos, it felt very much like our own space. Every room was extremely clean, to the bedroom, the bathroom, to the living room. We appreciate that a microwave and mini fridge was provided and I would also suggest other guests bring paper plates and plastic cutlery for their stay. The neighbors do have a small child so things can get noisy but it was never too much of an issue, and was never late into the evening. Sherri was extremely responsive and kind, truly a pleasure to communicate with. My partner and I enjoyed our stay here and absolutely look forward to future stays.
