Situated at the end of a 1/2 mile long drive The Cobbles manages to make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere when you are only a mile from the A43 and the local town of Towcester.

Our unique cosy Shepherd's Hut is beautifully handcrafted in timber and includes small luxuries within a traditional rural space. Fully fitted kitchen, gas hob, oven and fridge. A king size double bed, shower and toilet. A log burner for chillier times and fully insulated. Sooth yourself with our luxury handmade sheep milk soap. Fresh eggs from our chickens. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

Light airy annexe with own entrance, double bedroom , shower room and kitchen. I do not charge a cleaning fee but would ask you leave the annexe as you find it please. Currently we do not have a TV in the room but have high speed broadband if you want to stream using your own devices. Ideally located Silverstone (12 mins)M40 10 mins drive & M1 15 mins Crockwell Farm 8 minutes away and the same distance to Sulgrave Manor. Easy access to Northampton and Milton Keynes

A private self-contained detached guest cottage studio room inc. King size bed, additional 2x Single (Super King) pull out, sitting area, desk / TV and separate bathroom with shower. Sleeps 4 (with pull-out bed), but very comfortable for a couple. Our lovely guest cottage is detached from a private house and has open views across the gardens. It’s light and airy and seating for 4, tea/coffee, fridge, microwave, TV and hair-dryer, and iron. Gated secure parking.
