Caprock Canyon State Park has amazing scenery, only 20 minutes away and Lake Mackenzie is 12 minutes from the park. We have WIFI, a bathhouse, and a full-service laundry facility. Our cottage features comfortable furnishings and beds, crisp cotton bedding, luxe pillows, a fully stocked kitchen and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Outdoor areas include a shady porch with a swing, rocking chairs and bbq grill, a fenced backyard and a covered two car carport.

The Barn on 217 is a wonderfully restored living space from the early 1970’s. Once a rancher’s work space is now a cozy place to relax, refuel and recharge. Located 10 miles from the entrance of Palo Duro State Park, 1.5 miles from West Texas A&M University and 3 miles from downtown Canyon. Whether in the mood for hiking, biking, trail blazing, WTAMU activities, shopping or dinning, it’s all right out your back door.

The Bunk House has a bedroom with two queen beds and a closet. Kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator and coffee pot. Connected table area. Open space with living room and screen tv in bedroom and living room with a DVD player availability. Bathroom with shower and towel available. Very clean built in 2015. We enjoy hosting.
