Beachfront holiday rental in Silvi Marina

I can recommend stay in this place. The apartment was clean and big, very comfortable and all of the necesities were available for our use. We had an oven malfunction the last day of our stay and the owner replied proactively and very quick checking what is the problem and even offered a lunch to say sorry 🙂 In general it is very close to the beautiful wide beach, the apartment was well equipped, perfect place to stay even with a bigger group. About Tortoredo Lido, in early May the place was not really crowdy and the season was only slowly starting so this time of the year perfect for rest and relax for sure.

Great support from the host, friendliness and availability. Completely as described. Central area and close to many points of interest. Not much parking, you have to look for a bit.

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

We loved our stay at the apartment. Francesca was a very nice person and she even stored our cases for us for a couple of days , which we really appreciated. We loved the little treats she left for us and sitting on the little balcony and looking out to the beach was wonderful. We even swam a couple of times, as the ocean is just across the road. If we could give a higher score than 5 stars, we would! Thanks for a lovely stay!

The Host Alessandro was immediately available to respond to our requests and provide useful information for the stay. He even made us find a local confectionery specialty (Bocconotti) as a welcome. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all comforts. Alessandro also honored us with a can of oil he produced. Simply put, it made us feel at home in our home. Excellent experience!!!! Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

Great place to stay, a family oriented community and felt safe and secure. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, and was very convenient to the beach. Definitely would recommend staying there and will revisit again.

We had a fantastic stay for one month. So nice to be on the beach and access to everything within walking distance. Lots of lovely restaurants, market on Thursdays and grocery stores close by. We walked the beach for miles and were able to explore smaller towns by train. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our longer stay. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Very good apartment with a superb location just a few dozen meters from a nice shallow sandy beach that was also fine-grained. Plenty of good restaurants, cafés, bars, etc. within a few minutes' walking distance. Despite the central location, surprisingly quiet and few disturbances from outside. The host is exemplary. Helpful, service-oriented and quick to respond. We had a perfect stay, thank you.
