Welcome to our apartment in Montesilvano, just a short walk from the sea! 🌊 A comfortable and well-maintained space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the coast. The apartment is bright, cozy, and well thought out down to the last detail; it is perfect for a couple or a family with 1–2 children. The location is one of the main advantages: the sea is a few minutes' walk away, and there are cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Spend a fantastic vacation by the sea, in a spacious two-room apartment equipped with every comfort, with a balcony from which you can see the sea that accompanies the entire two-room apartment, which can be accessed from every room. You can fully experience the sea, which is very close, and spend your days here thanks to the beach service that includes: an umbrella, sunbed and deckchair. Everything is included in the rate of the stay. We also have a reserved parking space inside the condominium.

The listing is located on the second floor with no elevator.

It completes a large terrace with an umbrella and sitting area where you can spend time relaxing.

sweet home is a delightful beach house, finely furnished, the building is located in the center of a large garden, just 20 meters from the sea, in a quiet and private street. The spaces in the house are very spacious and airy, the beautiful views from the living area you can see the sea and from the sleeping area the whole hill. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator. It is about 1 km from Silvi train station and 500 meters from the bus stop.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
