Holiday rentals with a patio in Simiane-Collongue

We found a quiet and comfortable place to enjoy after our day of sightseeing. The town, although not mentioned in travel accounts, is very pleasant, with beautiful views from the front of the town hall building. And with those little streets that invite you to stroll, admiring the neighbors' flowers. The hosts facilitate their personal subscription to streaming channels, which we super use.

very nice stay in this accommodation, we arrived early by boat and had the opportunity to leave our suitcases in the accommodation while the cleaning was done, which was appreciated. well placed accommodation, everything could be done on foot but we quickly realized that Marseille is big so the metro a few minutes walk is very useful and appreciated. Despite the fact that it is central and active, inside the accommodation everything is quiet and we hardly hear the street. The only aspect is the configuration of the accommodation on the first floor so more humid with a raised bed we found that it was a little hot at night. But nothing problematic either! we also appreciated all the visit recommendations available in the apartment and by message! we recommend this accommodation as much for the welcome and advice from the host as the location of the accommodation ideally located a few minutes walk from the metro.

Pleasant stay. Within walking distance of the park and the beach. Also easy to reach by public transportation. There is nothing to criticize about the studio itself.

We spent 4 pleasant days in Kate's accommodation, spacious 2 rooms, well furnished on the first floor of a recent residence. The apartment also has a nice terrace with no neighbors opposite. We had no difficulty parking, thanks to the large parking lot near the pool. On the other hand, the street where the apartment is located is very busy with a narrow sidewalk, but the accommodation is perfectly isolated, for a good night's sleep. Kate was there to let us into the premises, very friendly to show us her apartment and give us some explanations.

Cute and compact place that had everything you need (minus a microwave but we made do with the stovetop). Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely loved staying in Marc's apartment. Everything about it was amazing - it was peaceful, spacious, the style, the terrace, the layout and decor. We loved using the projector to watch films in the evening. The beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect too - a beautiful neighbourhood close to the Vauban area. We didn't want to leave! Would love to stay here again. Thank you so much for having us.

Very well located and functional and clean accommodation

We were so well accommodated! The apartment was very clean, quiet, very well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the very blackout metal blinds to recover from the jet lag, the balcony with its awning, the very pleasant shower. Amer was available to us when we needed him. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay! I would 100% recommend!

Had a great stay at Kamal’s place which was perfectly suited to our needs with a car park for both our car and trailer. It was easy to find in a quiet, gated estate. The house was spotless and had more than enough space for three of us.

The accommodation offered by Alice was perfect for calm, rest in the middle of the olive trees, for the amenities and supplies and the house is large with large bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen/living room and terrace, and very secure with roller shutters at each window and door. Communication with Alice was very easy and friendly.

We felt like home from the very beginning. Pascal and his family are extremely friendly and caring. We were warmly welcomed and Pascal was giving us incredible advices on places to explore around the area. For us his interest in cycling fitted very well. He gave perfect route advices and joined for a memorable trip through lovely villages in the Provence. The house and the garden is very calm and a perfect spot to organise different trips. Very nice stay in Claire's pretty house, who was very responsive to bring us a blackout curtain when one of the shutters was broken. The house is charming and very well located. Claire was also accommodating about our departure time. We will recommend Claire's house to our loved ones.

The stay was great! Emi & Cas are very kind and helpful, we were treated to a welcome basket, it was great. The landscape is beautiful, we loved this part of Marseille.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We’ve rented several other apartments in Aix over the years, and this was by far the best. Honestly, the building isn’t much to look at, but the apartment is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable, the apartment is very well-equipped (it helps to find the hidden kitchen drawers 😂), the (rear) bed is très confortable, the showers are generous and modern. The extra office room was great for relaxing and reading, and the terrace was lovely. Having a fully equipped laundry room was just the cherry on top! All in all, we were very impressed with the apartment, and found it to be the perfect base for our adventures in Provence. I hesitate to recommend it too enthusiastically, because I don’t want to find out that it’s booked before we can stay there again!

Excellent stay in Thiphanie's apartment. Clean and well-equipped. 5-minute walk to the beach of Catalans, shops and buses nearby. And all under the☀️. We will definitely come back.

We had a very nice week at Virginia's. The accommodation is perfect for 3 adults, as described, the building is well secured. Communication with Virginia is easy. I recommend it without a problem. Don't miss out on Jaime's pizza!

We stayed with our two children aged 4 and 6 on the 1st floor of the house and it was a real delight! Access to the sea in 10 seconds, on a huge beautiful and very family beach, comfortable house with continuous sea view, floor redone with originality and very pleasant taste to live, and a super friendly and available helpful host! Definitely recommend!
