Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

The apartment is close to the orange velodrome, city center access by metro bus (45 min ). Maritime shuttle 15 min walk with access to the old port and the estaque in season. Many shops and restaurants are close by
