L’appartamento si trova al 3º ed ultimo piano di una palazzina appena ristrutturata nel cuore di Villasimius. Si tratta di un piccolo attico di circa 90 mq dotato di una terrazza privata di 25 mq. L’intera casa è stata appena ristrutturata (luglio 2023) ed è completamente arredata e dotata di tutti i confort, è composta da un’ampia sala con angolo cottura, due camere da letto e due bagni. La terrazza è dotata di bbq, doccia esterna e arredi. L’intera casa gode di grande luminosità e privacy.

Comfortable apartment for your holidays located in an elegant building in a residential neighborhood within walking distance from the center of Villasimius (5 minutes walk), perfectly suited to families and provided with all the primary services for guests. The property is well organized for each particular need: small children (cot, highchair), free parking, beach equipment (umbrella, beach towels and beach toys for the little ones), washing machine and dishwasher.

A shaded outdoor area is provided with a wooden pergola featuring a lattice design. A round table is accompanied by five chairs, while a cushioned bench is placed along one side, creating a comfortable space for relaxation or dining.

The accommodation is located near the new shopping arcade, and very close to all services (ATM, Pharmacy, Post Office, Minimarket, Shops, Restaurants / Pizzerias etc.). The main beach of Simius is a 15-minute walk away as is the Town Hall Square and the historic center. Apartment on the ground floor with private outdoor garden and large wooden pergola, kitchen, complete bathroom with shower, private washing machine and air conditioning and free wi-fi internet.

La nostra casa è un appartamento signorile di 70 mq di recente costruzione, luminoso e curato nei minimi dettagli e sito al primo piano in un condominio di pregio molto tranquillo in zona non trafficata e non rumorosa con ampia possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva comodamente al centro del paese ed a tutti i servizi senza dover utilizzare la macchina.
