Monthly Rentals in Simms

I will say it was a little hard to find the first time because of you blink you miss it and at night there could be some markers for the driveway. other than that it was a great stay in a beautiful cabin. we got better sleep than some of our family members at the local hotels.

Such a cute and peaceful place, the pictures don’t do the place justice, was much bigger than we thought and we loved the scenery. Favorite thing to do was drink our coffee on the front porch in the morning. Will definitely be using this place for future visits.

This rental is an amazing private, peaceful getaway. It’s fully stocked with anything you could need for a short or extended stay. It is most definitely off the beaten path, but there’s several different towns within 30 minutes or so that offer restaurants, shopping, or groceries should you need them. And the wifi and electricity hold up surprisingly well given the remote location- even during some pretty major thunderstorms we never lost either. We couldn’t have asked for a better host- Martin was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Super friendly and helpful while respecting our privacy. We will look to book Martin’s place first thing next time we find ourselves in the area. 5 stars for sure!

The Silo is the perfect, peaceful getaway! The host sent easy to follow directions and the house was pristine! It’s beautiful and better than the pictures can convey!
