Upgrades include, washer, dryer, refrigerator, blinds , wood stairs, vinyl plank second floor, Tesla charger and fully equipped media room with tiered seating.

My cabin is under 2 miles for interstate 10/ Katy freeway, just over 10 minutes to the 99 parkway. Only 1 mile to the local grocery. Across the street the the century old seasonal Brookshire rodeo and trail ride. Mostly it’s just a stable and horse ranch. Zero gravity massage chair, California king bed, ps5, full size fridge, stationary bike, weights.
