The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Surrounded by rolling Scanian fields and with social areas both outside and inside, we want you to enjoy your stay with us. The residence has two landscaped patios, one of which has an outdoor kitchen (grill and surfaces for preparing food, no water and electricity). Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a cozy living room. Just a stone's throw from the house is Listarum Nature Reserve.
