Mediterranean feeling in Österlen! Idyllic farmhouse in top condition. Bright, beautiful and tasteful. Whitewashed walls, beautiful tiled floors, lots of light and open to the ridge. Secluded location, glass doors lead out to private sunny patio. Open-plan with large sleeping loft (ladder) and sofa bed in the living room. Picturesque village environment in the heart of Österlen. Perfect location with proximity to beaches, fishing villages, hiking trails and charming Simrishamn and Ystad. Grocery store in the village. Wireless Wifi. Private parking.

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

It is within walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA shop and to the many hiking trails in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass veranda. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bikes can be borrowed.

Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.
