Cozy 1940s apartment centrally located at the top of Brunnsparken's treetops. Two balconies, one of which is a large, sunny, south-facing, flower-filled terrace with privacy. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful attic apartment of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms and a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells about travels in all parts of the world. Small, fully tiled bathroom with shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Our bright, beautiful two-story apartment located in the heart of Simrishamn’s old town. It's a charming setting, by the sea, the marina, and the town center. It offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy small-town living with cafés and restaurants, while still being in walking distance of outdoor activities and beaches. The apartment is part of a townhouse with a lovely atmosphere, plenty of light, and all modern conveniences. It has been newly renovated and features a brand-new kitchen.

Norrut tar du den underbara strandpromenaden i Carl von Linnés fotspår mot fiskesamhället Vik. Närhet till fantastiska sandstränder och alla små guldkorn som Österlen kan erbjuda. Obs! Ett ”hide away” för er som vill koppla av och uppleva mellanskånes underbara natur. Ni har tillgång till egen trädgård med uteplats och fin utsikt över åker och äng. Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta boende.

Välkomna till en timmerstuga beläget uppe på en kulle intill Fulltofta Naturreservat. Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Liten och enkel, men ganska mysig lägenhet:) Bo här om läget mitt i stan passar er, promenera ner till stranden och spendera dagen där, ät glass i hamnen, njut av vedeldad pizza och vin på Gårdens och vandra sedan hem i sommarkvällen. Eller utforska hela kusten upp mot Kivik och Haväng eller ner mot Baskemölla Skillinge och Sandhammaren. Det finns fåtöljer att krypa upp i, Marshall högtalare att njuta musik, eget Wi-Fi. Och dubbelsäng med sköna kuddar och täcken.

Welcome to our peaceful guesthouse, in picturesque Simrislund, Österlen. The guesthouse is just steps from the sea with nearby villages to explore by bike! There are local restaurants and many charming attractions in the area. If you are looking to stay close to home for a relaxing retreat, the guesthouse is fully equipped with air conditioning, a newly renovated bathroom, and a well-appointed kitchenette. Located near Simrishamn with bicycle distance to Brantevik and swimming from the bathing ladder by the cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.
