Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Cozy 1940s apartment centrally located at the top of Brunnsparken's treetops. Two balconies, one of which is a large, sunny, south-facing, flower-filled terrace with privacy. The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful attic apartment of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms and a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells about travels in all parts of the world. Small, fully tiled bathroom with shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

Gamla detaljer är bevarade; så som spegeldörrar, trägolv, kamin, takbjälkar och den gamla skoltavlan. Här kan ni avnjuta goda middagar både i köket och på den generösa uteplatsen med utgång direkt från Klassrummet. Här finns något för både gammal och ung då närmaste granne är byns lekplats där två boulebanor ingår. Det är cykelavstånd in till Simrishamn och till stränder.

Vi är ett litet familjärt kollektiv som lever med våra två barn, katter, ankor och höns. Mitt bland ängar och skog ligger denna charmiga gårdslänga med tillgång till lummig uteplats, eldstad och bastu. Närmsta badstrand är Vitemölla 4,5 km bort. Vi erbjuder workshops/kurser med instrumentbygge, keramik, matlagning och örtvandringar.

You have access to a patio with a lounge area and dining table.

It offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy small-town living with cafés and restaurants, while still being in walking distance of outdoor activities and beaches. The apartment is part of a townhouse with a lovely atmosphere, plenty of light, and all modern conveniences. It has been newly renovated and features a brand-new kitchen.

Newly renovated by the architect owners offering two individually designed apartments and a cabin on an adjacent field. The site is almost 2 acres centred around a charming cobbled courtyard shaded by a large chestnut tree. There are varied spaces to socialise from outdoor breakfast to barbecues in the sunset.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

Tobisborg's hiking apartment!

A simple but unique apartment at Tobisborgs Gård. A stone's throw from the sea. On the farm there is a restaurant, horses, chickens, peacocks. Dogs are, of course, welcome but must be kept on a leash. The stairs in the apartment to the upper floor are narrow and somewhat steep. Bed linen is brought with you or rented at the accommodation (SEK 100) Cleaned on arrival and left cleaned or buy cleaning (SEK 500)
