It consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 160 beds and a 180 bed divisible into 2*90), a bathroom, a kitchen open to the living room and its sliding door for an indoor-outdoor spirit. Only 12 km from the beach of Contis, this spacious 400 m² house offers an idyllic living environment in a park with century-old trees. With 6 bedrooms and large living rooms, it is perfect for a large family. The entrance serves on one side a comfortable and bright double living room, a bedroom and on the other a spacious dining room, a recreation room and a large kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms, all spacious, offer stunning views of the park.

Take a break and relax at this peaceful oasis near the fields and the cranes in the winter. The oaks will make you a shaded area when you want to nap on deckchairs. Settle in on the sofa, and you'll have a view of the meadow, the cornfields, the horses, and the cranes. Of course we stay in the countryside with sometimes the wind that brings you the leaves, the insects that can come to keep you company but I'm next door ready to intervene ...

Nestled approximately 15 km from Contis Plage amidst pristine natural surroundings, you'll find this former wine cellar dating back to 1835. This historic building, renovated and extended by an architect 12 years ago, graces an expansive 11-acre expanse of traditional "arial landais" land. It offers a unique escape into the heart of unspoiled natural beauty, with the picturesque villages of Levignacq and Uza each situated around 4 km away.

L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a fuste, a rough wooden structure located at the exit of a small village. It was entirely made by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities. The setting is rural, on a plot of land not far from the forest. The maisonette is located on part of the hosts' land and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it without being overlooked.
