This place is really wonderful! Oscar and his wife are very welcoming and friendly and helped us wherever they could. You feel directly at home :-) the house is really beautiful and has enough space for everybody. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend it a 100 %. Thank you for this great vacation !!!

This is the place to be in North Goa, if you really require a homely, friendly atmosphere without comprising on hygiene, quality of bed & Upkeep of rooms. It also has two pools and one is for kids. Good sit-out area. The dehumidifier with Citronella (I think) kept in my room was awesome gesture which even in Oberoi Uday vilas I could not experience where I stay in November for 3 nights. All beaches are 8 - 10 kms away which is taking 15 - 25 minutes drive depending on traffic. Mal-de-goa is also very near on the south. The staffs - Juliet & Dominic were friendly and guided us as we were two ladies exploring Goa in a bike. All staffs were good & kind - from watchman to house keeping staffs. I would like to go here again, my daughter usually does not like home-stays kind of place but she loved it. Only thing is if you are staying in rooms in 1st and 2nd floor, you don't have intercom & hot water kettle. But you can call them in mobile.That does not seem to be a big deal. If you are in ground floor, you don't require any of these as there is 24hrs coffee / tea with hot water kept in dining area always, Also like any other great resort & business hotels - 24hrs hot water is available in rest rooms. TOTALLY A SAFE & HYGIENIC PLACE - WORTH THE MONEY

Very fresh and inviting room just steps from beautiful Mandrem Beach. Loved the Ayurveda treatments and yoga at the beach shala. The staff were kind, and the food at the sea-view restaurant was amazing. Calm vibe with easy access to Arambol and Ashwem. Perfect mix of peace and good energy.

Perfect and comfortable stay!

This place was just great. The location was perfect and quite touristy. Infact Vagator beach is just stone's throw away. The Chapora fort as we all know as Dil Chahta Hai fort is visible from the property. The food was just yummy and I would definitely recommend having meals at their restaurant. Overall great place to stay.

We had planned our stay very last minute and were glad that we chose this beautiful airbnb. The best thing about this place was the staff and their hospitality. Since my wife was pregnant they were taking care of everything and even suggesting what to eat and what not to eat. They helped us in making our stay was comfortable and relaxing. They were always available for all the requirements we had i.e from getting a cab to hiring a scooty. All in all a great experience.

I recently had a delightful experience at the German Bakery. The service was impeccable, maintaining high standards of hygiene. The peaceful environment added to the overall charm, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Highly recommended!

The place is great for family stays and for a group of friends . Plus the place is pet friendly and has such a great vibe to it ! This has been the best stay of all times . You’d never be disappointed with the hospitality here .

The room was nice, clean and spacious. The staff was quite courteous. Water was provided in glass bottles so no plastic which is a good thing. Overall a good stay.

This is a great location and easy walking distance to all of Panjim, several good cafe’s around. The room has a beautiful view and was already equipped with a large fold out bed that comfortably accommodated an adult. It was nice to have free water and room cleaning everyday. We didn’t try the breakfast bc it looked overly spicy and underwhelming. I would recommend this hotel on your next visit, just make sure your timing is good bc the tourists have not yet returned to Goa and the whole town was very very sleepy. Even they are blasting party music but when you walk around try to find it you cannot find anyone. Most of the churches and art galleries were closed multiple days and very few shopping stores available.

Lovely resort right on the beach. Very good food and restaurant. Very comfortable bed. Good balcony with chairs and table outside. Attentive staff who looked after us very well.

This was one of the most amazing experiences for me!! The host is not just host he is super awesome 😎 so proactive and helpful 🥰😍 So warm hearted and welcoming ♥️ the place is super beautiful and peaceful. Peaceful doesn’t mean you cannot party aur watch movies , it means the place and people respects ur privacy. Tourists are super awesome too. Dhruv is amazing when it comes to suggesting local and secretive places. There is a river which is beautiful too!! Place is same as shown in the pics. Go ahead u will love the experience and be part of aColmeia. U will have lifetime friends and experience. Thanks for having us Dhruv There is also good parking space. Rooms get cleaned as soon as u ask Dhruv (please ask at proper timings 😅😅😂😂) there is a separate place for workation. Kitchen and cute dogs are there. All they want is love. Book in advance as it gets full sometimes 🤩🤩😍😍 We will be back soon Dhruv!!

Check-in right to check-out was good. Nisar was very helpful, he communicated throughout, made local recommendations, and was prompt with his assistance. The property is quaint and near enough to local beaches, eateries etc.

Amazing stay

Everything was perfect.The staff were very respectful.They helped us with the early check in and were always just a call away.The Airbnb was very clean.I would highly recommend this place and would definitely go again if I visit Goa

lt was a very good place to stay. Just a short walk away from Baga street and the beach as well. Clean washrooms, fresh and clean linen along with a spic and span room. Highly recommend.

Bhuvnesh&Gitanjali were warm and welcoming hosts and I enjoyed the stay. The listing js centrally locates and is at a walkable distance from Mall de Goa which has some amazing restaurants. The staff at the listing are competent and caring. The room is spacious and the amenities made for a comfortable stay.

Rahul's place was very clean and have amazing view from balcony. walking distance from arambol beach. food is nice and room service was amazing

This is my second time staying at Sim’s place. She is responsive and kind. Thanks to Aftab, the caretaker at the place. They are a kind and approachable bunch with a ‘can be done’ attitude. That’s what you need when you are at a vacation and want to just relax. Thank you to the staff and the host for being so accommodative! ♥️
