Property right on varsoli beach. Clean and tidy. Good food. Good hospitality

We went there in February, literally picked up on a night before travel. And did we have an amazing surprise awaiting us. This place is like a beautiful island surrounded by the most beutiful mountain lake in India. The chilly wind with sunny weather and no traces of city life brought peace and tranquility flowing in all by itself. In terms of phone network, only JIO seems to work, and that also had issues. But we were more than happy to stay off the grid in this magical island.

Very fresh and inviting room just steps from beautiful Mandrem Beach. Loved the Ayurveda treatments and yoga at the beach shala. The staff were kind, and the food at the sea-view restaurant was amazing. Calm vibe with easy access to Arambol and Ashwem. Perfect mix of peace and good energy.

Best experience, nice people, good food, Good place to unwind and relax to be in with friends and family, home away home, very well decorated, good Indian and traditional breakfast at roof top. Very polite and helping staff. While going to sula we also visited their other property samudra resort as it was nearby just adjacent to the river liked the location next time will definitely come again nd stay at the resort.

Me, my wife and a couple of friends stayed here in early March, 2022 to celebrate my birthday. It’s a clean, spacious, serene place on a pristine beach. The whole place made us feel at ease. Exactly like in the pictures. Patrick, Sanjay and the rest of the staff were warm, easy to talk to and very friendly. The rooms are super comfortable, food is yummy and I could go on and on about the location. Would absolutely recommend this place! One of the hidden gems of Goa. Special mention must be made of Crusoe, my adorable little four-legged friend. Can’t wait to go back for a longer stay!

I was delighted to hear that I was the first ever booking from Airbnb for the property.Located on Fergueson College Road(FC Road),this Airbnb is an oasis of tranqiility amidst one of the most upscale and busy locales in Pune. All places of interest and business districts are within easy reach from here. The property and rooms are top notch.Rooms are super spacious,clean and hygienic.Food Menu is good and prices are good.Service is prompt and efficient. Everyone at this property I came in contact with was always smiling and cooperative,which is something that impressed me the most.I felt welcome here and would love to stay here again soon. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Pune.

Nice stay for a weekend getaway from Mumbai. Quaint place if you just want to chill away from the city's hustle.

The property is on a hillock with forests. Early morning walks can reward you with the sound of lovely birdsong from myriad birds and the sights of peacocks, rabbits and monkeys, along others. The rooms are very clean. The deck outside the rooms, especially those on the first floor, let you enjoy uninterrupted views and lots of breeze. The food is simple, homely and full of local flavors and ingredients. But all this is not what made the stay special. We felt like guests in their household and absolutely loved interacting with Sushil Prachiti and their wonderful kids. This property is their labour of love and it shows in their little personal touches all across. Sushil had lots of interesting stories of how they braved the odds to get it where it is today. Hats off to the hard work and resilience! All in all, we had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Sushil and Prachiti!

Lovely resort right on the beach. Very good food and restaurant. Very comfortable bed. Good balcony with chairs and table outside. Attentive staff who looked after us very well.

Amazing stay

Went with my parents and it was the best decision ever. The rooms are large spacious and so pleasing to the eyes. The caretaker and the cook were so gracious. The food was fab. We woke up to the sound of birds and lounged in the sitout. Easy to go to the beach and so easy to source food(Kiikis is a neighbour). We will be back for sure..! Thank u so much for making my moms 80th so special

Expectionally gorgeous location and customer service. Vishal was very helpful and offered us a great experience. He was kind enough to offer us the kinda room we wanted. The view is breathtaking. You must visit Baghdad point. Its small but the view of two vallyies and two rivers with the mountains on both side is a MUST-SEE! Will definitely recommend to everyone who want to stay close to nature.
