We had a lovely stay in this apartment which was very well stocked with everything that we needed. The instructions to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Kiril replied very promptly to my messages. There were many local restaurants nearby and a short walk to the sea. I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment.

Very functional space, simple, has everything you need. Lots of construction in the area currently (2025) But will be very nice after those are complete. Lots of great kitchen devices, tools, spices for cooking and a really great shower. Lovely windows you can open from multiple directions. Private. Easy access and parking. Great explanation with photos for check-in. Nice stay

We loved our stay at this comfortable and spacious apartment. Stancho was waiting to show us around when we arrived, and he’s super nice and helpful. It’s obvious that the hosts have gone above and beyond expectations to make their guests’ stays perfect. Lots of supplies, including a bounty of coffee pods! :). The location is convenient; mere steps from the Sea Garden and an easy walk to the pedestrian streets. If there were a category higher than Super Host, these guys would earn it!

Wonderful place. The room has everything, and even more. The complex is gorgeous. Lots of swimming pools, restaurants , gated area. The most beautiful beach is just a short walk away. The apartment is comfortable in autumn, a magnificent terrace. The old town is a 20-minute walk away. I fell in love with the complex, I will come again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation 🩷

We're very pleased with Diana's apartment. It was clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The stop is nearby and you can quickly reach the center and the Summer Theater. We recommend the place to anyone who wants to visit Burgas!

Amazing view and the best place we stayed in Sinemorets so far. We felt right at home. There was everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxed holiday. The beach, restaurants and a few night places to enjoy live jazz performances - all within a walking distance. We would love to stay there again and would highly recommend it!

Very nice and friendly host. He met us in person despite our late arrival. He helped with parking. The apartment is spacious. Everything is available in the new house. Almost in the center. Close to the sea. There is no parking, but you can easily find a place near the house.

Miroslav's apartment is perfectly located in the center of Burgas, the sea and the beach are close by and you can walk into the center. The parking space is close and well enclosed. However, the location is not too noisy. The apartment itself is equipped with all comforts, kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer and good coffee machine :-). The apartment is very clean, new and modernly furnished. The description on the page is exactly as you find it. Miroslav is a professional host who responds quickly and creates a pleasant atmosphere for his guests, the contact with him was very pleasant. This is highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is bright, spacious, with all the amenities and overlooking the sea. From the terrace you can see the parking and you can watch your vehicle. There is all kinds of entertainment for children in the complex, and there is also a grocery store in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming! We would visit again!

Our stay in the apartment was extremely pleasant and PlanBTime was easy to reach at any time and was able to respond quickly to our requests. The complex was very well maintained and quiet and is ideal for staying with the family and offers five pools, fitness and wellness centers, restaurants, playgrounds, access to two beaches and much more. We had a secured parking space from the hosts right in front of the complex, which made the parking situation much easier for us. The apartment was clean and tidy and extremely well equipped. The hosts sent us clear instructions for the check-in and use of the apartment and facility, great praise for it. The spacious balcony offered a very nice view of the sea and the island of Sv. Ivan. Only the new building in front of the balcony has limited the view a bit, but of course no fault of that. It's a great place for the family to vacation in Sozopol and we will certainly be back. Great stay- easy access in the Hotel Iris- keys were at reception. Nice pool and balcony to relax in the evening. Really handy to have the beach close by great location. A little tricky to have the shower and WC together but it’s ok.

An amazing accommodation, in a perfect spot between Ravda and Nesebar. If you go during the spring months, you'll definitely get some nice weather, with loads of peace and quiet. Elena and Alex are great hosts, always super hospitable and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

This place is in a great location has access to two beaches and 5 pools. The house was perfect for us to have as a home base. We are really easy to please and the hot water was a plus as we had 4 people showering. The host was amazing to communicate with and checked in on during the stay.

The apartment is great. Everything was very clean and spacious. Well-equipped bathrooms and comfortable beds. When we arrived, it was very difficult to get the keys due to a misunderstanding with the security staff, but communication with the host was constant and he was available the entire time until we managed to enter the apartment. We asked for an underground parking space and it was huge and was right on top of the apartment. Very convenient to enter with luggage. The resort's common areas are amazing. The pools are very nice and you can use any free lounger. There is a lot of security on the premises so you can rest easy leaving your things while you enjoy a nice swim. A literal 1 min walk from the apartment is the beach with sun loungers that you can use with a card that the host gives you. A very pleasant stay, the place is beautiful and a 15-minute walk from the center of the village (which you don't even need to go to because you have everything inside the resort). A 10.
