A Perfect Family Getaway in Lagos! We recently spent a week at this beautiful villa in Lagos with our family, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and immaculately clean the property was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether inside the villa or out by the pool. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area—it offered a stunning view that made every morning coffee and evening swim feel like a luxury experience. The outdoor space was peaceful and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Ursula, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. The location was great too—quiet and private, yet just a short drive from the beaches and town centre. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house to disengage, in simplicity, refreshing. It is very well equipped with dishes, linens, we have the impression of arriving at friends who have left everything available. The big plus is this beautiful beach 2 steps away . It just went too fast

We had a gorgeous stay here with our toddler. The house had everything we needed for traveling with a child and was complete with toys, beach going needs like towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, as well as a crib and high chair. We borrowed their bikes and explored town and loved visiting the gelato place that’s around the corner. At night, we listened to the frogs in the rice paddies behind the house and loved watching the bird life during the day. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we spent two days there. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Cozy and comfortable. This place was perfect for our needs. Anabela was a great host! Be prepared for some narrow streets in the neighborhood but we got used to them pretty quick. Be sure to walk around Penedo at sunset - beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa da Falesia. We were welcomed to the house by Renato and his wife. They were extremely helpful, explaining all the house details and giving us advice about the surroundings, places to visit, where to eat (we went 3 times to Tia Rosa) and buy essentials . The house is fully equipped, and even if there is no air conditioning, it kept cool and comfortable the whole stay, even if the temperatures outside were quite high (32C). The beach is three minutes away, by walk, accessible by a stair that goes down an amazing cliff, resembling a star wars scenery. The location was perfect for us, as it allow us to do some birding excursions at the trails of Lagoa de Sto André, and to the bird observation tower at Praia de Melides. It’s also close to Comporta, where you can find some nice designer shops (even if quite expensive), and Troia, where you can find a beautiful beach, where swimming is less challenging. We do hope to return one day.

We had a great time at David’s place with our 2 kids. The beach house is only a few footsteps away from a long and beautiful beach and it provides all the required amenities. Special mention to David who, in addition to being extremely friendly, provided great recommendations and was always available to ensure our stay was good. Thank you and see you next time!

The apartment is located very close to Melides beach, making it possible to walk there, and is in a very quiet area. It has everything you might need for a few days of vacation. Although the house is on the first floor, there is the possibility of using a barbecue that is located in the garden area of the house.

Very welcoming place, surrounded by nature, which provides a relaxing stay! From the reception to the room, everything was very organized and sanitized. Dinner was well served with the disposition of a fantastic team. We cannot fail to mention the employee Erika for the helpful service she provided throughout the stay. Without a doubt, an experience to be repeated, as we left the place with immense nostalgia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Andrea and James. Very kind hosts, always helpful and thoughtful, and wonderful place to relax and see the surrounding area. Would recommend this place!

It's impossible not to like the space, the house, the garden, the environment, the pool, the privacy you get, the courtesy of those who welcome us, the refinement of every detail. An experience to have and repeat. Beautiful sunset from the snack bar. Possibility of late checkout and completely unbureaucratized. The mill is excellent for a faster passage (two or three days). The best houses for stays of more than 3 days. Other properties of the Selão da Eira are very tempting, although in my opinion they are for different stays - Casa das Rolas for stays for larger groups of guests and the Paraiso de Natureza for liberation from the daily hustle and bustle. Finally, a reference to the sympathy and availability of Mr. Tiago.

Such a gem of a place. We stayed for 6 nights; I originally (mistakenly) only booked for 5 nights but the hosts were accommodating and responsive when I requested to add another night to the end of the trip. We came for my 40th birthday, and I was looking for a place right on the coast, with cliffs and ocean views. This perfectly fit the bill and I had an enchanting time. There are so many lovely spaces in the house to enjoy the views and the weather, and the hosts are responsive and send recommendations for the area.

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. We needed somewhere that could accommodate 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 children under 3. The house itself was beautiful, very tidy and had so much space. The hosts Ana and Nuno had thought of the children and provided us with cots, high chairs, children’s dinnerware, and even things for the children to play with. The swimming pool was gated off as described. The location felt really private and quiet, with beautiful views of the sea. We were able to walk down to the local shops and beach of Praia das Maçãs, so we didn’t need to hire a car. Ana was so friendly and helpful before and during our stay. We had such a lovely time here, and would love to come back one day.

An absolute gem! The view is breathtaking! Airbnb is equipped with everything you need! Petter is a friendly and overall great host! If you are traveling with young kids this is your go to spot! Not only kids can run around but pool is so great that there is a lot of shallow area for them to play in! We would highly recommend this place and can't wait to be back soon!

We loved our weekend away. The area is super peaceful, Sonia is a wonderful host. Our dogs loved it so much they didn’t want to get in the car to go home. It was a perfect little weekend.

We liked the tranquility of the surrounding area and the village of São Luis. The house has the necessary conditions to spend a few days of vacation in the area. The fact that it is pet-friendly is very positive, as is the outdoor space that is shared with two other houses. Vila Nova de Milfontes is less than 20 minutes away by car. Communication with Jennifer always went well.

Our small group had an amazing stay! The service was excellent, and the host went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, and well-equipped. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail, which made our experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
