Studio Huis Roomolen is located at Roomolenstraat in the center of Amsterdam, a little street beween canals, yet; in the middle of things. Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. Private roof terrace of 10m² at the backside enclosed by the neighbor buildings. The place is very warm and personal, perfectly suited for a single traveler or couple to retreat as well as to discover Amsterdam.

Wonderfully all luxury built studio-apartment situated in an Amsterdam monument dated from 1540, that was rebuilt in 1675. The studio is located at a very quiet alley on “Blaeu Erf", nearby Dam Square, in the oldest part of Amsterdam City Centre. This modern furnished studio room has a nice area to sit, a sleeping area and a kitchenette (no stove). All with original 17e century beams. Located on the third floor, this apartment has a real cosy atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring.

You enter the spacious entrance hall with table and coffee / tea supplies; with a private bathroom, separate toilet and a cozy bedroom / living room. Renovated with natural stone and wood. This house and this area are very photogenic.

The houseboat is situated in the centre, at the Jordaan area. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. The famous Anne Frank house, Noordermarkt and great shopping street the Haarlemmerstraat are all within minutes walking distance. The huge sliding windows can opened fully on warm days and give you a wonderful view on the canals. Also they have built in shades so you can also enjoy your privacy..

A cozy place to stay in the centre of Amsterdam (5 minutes walk from the Central Station, 2 minutes from the Dam Square). And guess what? It is quiet. No trams and busses since it is a pedestrian area. The Bijenkorf department store the Dam Square with the Palace are just around the corner as well as the Metro and other public transportation. But if you walk around the area you are in the middle of the historical centre.

This home is a beauty. Sits right on the river. Close proximity to so many walkable restaurants and cafes. The view from the window stunning and the sunshine and soft breeze divine. Someone met us and warmly invited us in and welcomed us with treats, The home is immaculate with inviting. Comfortable, clean linens, pillows and bed you melt into after a long day of exploring and walking. Have already told my US friends, this is the place you want to stay. We had a fantastic experience staying at this property! Emily was extremely kind, responsive, and proactive, making sure we were well-informed and comfortable throughout our stay. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The property was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—well-equipped and thoughtfully decorated. It’s in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. One thing to note: there is a steep staircase leading up to the apartment, which Emily had kindly informed us about in advance. It’s manageable, but we’d recommend avoiding large or heavy luggage if possible. Thank you for the warm hospitality and making our trip so enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place in Amsterdam! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Anne Frank House and many other attractions. Robert gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants, which really enhanced our experience. The apartment itself was lovely and had everything we needed. The rooftop was a standout feature, offering a beautiful view of the clock tower. We also really appreciated the washing service, which made our stay even more convenient. After full days of exploring the city, the comfortable bed and pillows were exactly what we needed to rest and recharge. Highly recommend staying here!
