Waterfront holiday rentals in Sinsing District

The apartment had a total of 4 rooms and a common space shared by everyone. There were a total of 8 of us in one of the rooms which had 4 bunk beds. Quite space constrained in the room, but it’s alright if you don’t mind a little squeeze. The only bad thing is that there was only 1 shower shared by all 4 rooms, so you may probably wanna factor in some waiting time for the shower! However, the host provided excellent service on her part. She was never hesitant to give us food recommendations and places to visit. Her quick responses also made it easier to communicate. Location wise, the apartment was pretty near the mrt station (Formosa Boulevard). About a 5-7mins walk with convenience stores and local eateries along the way. On the whole, we enjoyed our time spent here and would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Kaohsiung.

Clean room and toilets. Near the train station (interchange). Pillows and mattresses are abit too soft for our liking. Has feedback to owner and they have noted that they will improve on this area. They have a few rooms in the same apartment, if you have big group (yes! More than 10 pax is also possible) can consider renting this place. Owner is awesome, she will share with us places that we can checkout. Quick to response. Overall is super value for money!

小玉 is perhaps one of the nicest and hospitable host I’ve ever met through my multiple Airbnb stay. She went out of her way to pick us up from the nearest train station though the Airbnb was relatively easy to find through the map. She’s a proactive host who will ask for our convenient mode of communication and our itinerary so that she could suggest places she, as a local would recommend. It was our first time visiting Kaohsiung and she really exceeded our expectation. Brought my mum along with us and even my mum was really happy with the place, amenities and stay. Thank you, 小玉 for going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this listing to those who are looking for a place to stay in Kaohsiung!

已經多次來高雄玩，都會選擇入住小玉的房源。 因為真的很棒。 小玉人很好很親切，接我去住宿地方時還幫我拿行李，也邊走邊介紹沿路的地方^^ 住宿的空間設計風格簡約清新，給人很乾淨舒服的感覺。而且每個房間都設有密碼鎖，增加安全度，好讚喔！ 房間床鋪整潔舒適，出去玩了一整天，回到住宿就能好好休息放輕鬆～第二天元氣滿滿！ 謝謝房東的招待，下次來玩會再來入住喔！這也是我推薦會給朋友們的好住宿～

这一次的入住一定是我印象最深、体验最好的一次。两位房东真的非常热情，给我提供了很多的建议，包括美食、出行和游玩路线。旅舍非常整洁干净，设施齐全。旅舍离美丽岛捷运站很近，出行非常方便。晚上回旅舍之后和房东谈天说地聊了很多，非常开心～

Prior to arriving at Kaoshiung, the host 小玉 proactively reached out to provide us with detailed instructions on how to navigate our way from the airport to the apartment. She also took the trouble to fetch us from the MRT station and helped us with our luggages as well. 小玉 even prepared a popular local welcome snack from Taiwan when we arrived, and patiently took the time to run through some of the attractions to visit and popular hidden food places as well. Throughout our entire stay in Kaoshiung, 小玉 periodically checked in to ensure we were comfortable with the apartment, and was very responsive and prompt in offering any support needed as well. She took the effort to make sure we were settled comfortably! My family is really happy and impressed with the hospitality provided by 小玉, and the cleanliness of the apartment as well! The service rendered throughout our stay is impeccable! We will definitely book this apartment the next time we come back to Kaoshiung! Thank you 小玉! ☺️🙏🏽

5 to 10 minutes walk from Formosa train station which is quite convenient. If you happen to drive in Kaohsiung, there are also multiple places around the vicinity where you can park your car overnight free of charge. Host is very friendly and helpful, always ready to provide tips on exploring Kaohsiung and provide suggestions on the food to try. BNB is very clean and common area is large for you to mingle with other guest, unfortunately, were the only ones staying there during our stay.

This B&B is a gem. It's less than a block to the beautiful and walkable Pier II Art Center, 2 blocks from city bikes that you rent with a tap of your transit card, 5 blocks from the mass transit city trains. It's a true B&B cafe, with house-baked cheesecakes and cinnamon rolls for sale and an artfully decorated cafe downstairs, plus, it's truly family owned with friends and customers dropping in and hanging out. All this happens in a residence that still has classic terrazzo floors here and there, while being updated in stylish ways. Head up a narrow, winding staircase, and you're at the guest rooms, each artfully designed to be a pleasurable space with modern amenities. Buy some of their homemade pineapple cakes to take home to friends, each the size of a lady finger and individually wrapped. In some shops, this local favorite can taste a bit like stale Fig Newtons. At this B&B they are a vibrant combination of sweet/tangy with a buttery crumbly wrap.

因為演唱會去高雄！剛好有看到這個房源！覺得看起來很不錯～房東即時回覆，而且可彈性調整入住時間，雖然有點小遲到但還是很包容我們！非常感謝！房間內也很乾淨舒適，還有提供洗髮精跟沐浴乳，整體體驗下來很不錯！（而且房東的貓超可愛😍

這間老屋民宿雖有歷史感，但整理得非常非常非常乾淨，三間臥室空間算滿大的，適合多人入住。冷氣較舊，但搭配電扇還是夠涼。 地點在愛河旁，景色不錯，樓下就有小七超商，走50公尺還有全家，很方便。 入住流程順利，指示清楚、管理員親切，溝通也很順。退房遇到小狀況，屋主即時回覆並解決，服務加分！ 整體乾淨舒適，有人情味，推薦給喜歡老屋風格的旅人。

地理位置優越，可看到碼頭景致，臨近光榮碼頭輕軌站，樓下有大型便利店，交通及購物方便，但又不失寧靜舒適。 大窗戶採光非常良好，天氣好的時候，自然光也足夠在寬敞的書桌上看書和工作。室內設施齊全，大螢幕的智能電視非常適合看電影，因此不想外出的時候，留在室內休息也很舒服寫意。 此外，旅居主人也非常有善及迅速地提供幫忙和回應查詢。 如再來高雄的話，我會考慮再次入住。

距離高鐵走路5分鐘，好方便

This place was very clean and better in person than the photos. Room was alot larger than expected. Check in can be a bit complicated but it's not an issue after doing it once. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Kaohsiung.

Riley’s place is a one of a kind Airbnb find. Would highly recommend staying here when you are in Kaohsiung. Riley truly thought of everything. From providing us with drinks, snacks and even bread & oatmeal to the use of the you bike bicycle cards. The place itself is open, light and cozy. We felt at home immediately. For you to know: The building itself feels a bit dodgy but don’t worry - as soon as you enter Riley’s place everything was perfect!
